Horrible service
Every time I have delivery from that company I always have problem. Driver not coming the day that was scheduled or not at the time that was scheduled. They don't call even 5 min beforehand even though it's different time. Just absolutely horrible service

Worst couriers in BG
I purchased an item from an online supplier to be delivered by sameday couriers between 5 and 7th January. So on the 7th of January their driver called me on the phone to explain he did not know where our house was and that when he got to our village he would call again for directions. We informed him it was no problem and that we were at home all that day. The next thing, we got a message in the evening to say the parcel could not be delivered and that our delivery was returned to their local depot and they would reschedule the delivery. So much for being same day couriers. So today is 9th January and we have not had a re schedule for our delivery. I guess sameday couriers Don't like to travel out to the villages for 1 item. If you want same-day delivery my suggestion is to get a reliable courier like Speedy or ekont don't use a cowboy outfit
Complete lack of interest
The system notified me for delivery between 16 and 19 hours. At 12:30 the website registered a delivery failure, aka I was not at home. But i was actually at home the entire day. I call this lying.
They also refuse to call on phone numbers registered in other European countries, even if the costs are almost identical with national calls (around a few cents).
Probably the excuse was an error in the AWB, the address mentioned both my village and another village but the postal code was for my village. They should have checked both village and code, the they should have called, they shoud have checked the database, ask the sender - any of these would have solved the problem. But i feel there is absolutely no interest.
What I believe it that the driver simply disregarded any flag and discarded the delivery, to end his day earlier. Also I believe that nobody was interested enough to check on the driver and on the AWB.
Terrible service
Terrible service. They send notification an hour before delivering and expect you to be at the address. Absolutely ridiculous, should leave notification a day before. We're all busy and have jobs and duties and can't stay at home all day, just for the courrier.

Two of my parcels were returned to the sender without anyone contacting me, no call, no SMS, no viber message. Sent two emails asking when they are going to deliver my packets, no answer. I've been waiting on the line for someone to pick up my call since 43 minutes. It's been a month and 5 days.

My package was sent over to Sameday.bg from Packeta and I have been waiting for almost two weeks for ANY sort of notification about my delivery but my package was in transit, saying it would be delivered to me soon. I had to message Packeta to learn that Sameday has returned my package to the sender with no given reason.
I had a terrible experience a month prior with one of their couriers who was screaming hysterically on the phone at me because I requested to return a package. She then failed to show up to pick it up as we had negotiated.
My entire experience with Sameday.bg has been nightmarish and my rights as a customer have been violated. Not to forget to mention how I stayed on the line for almost an hour and when it was my turn to speak to an operator, I was left hanging.
They didn’t answer to my emails about my current package hence why I contacted Packeta.
I will seek my rights in court and the appropriate commissions as this customer neglect has been extremely frustrating and insolent from their side.
I will make sure to spread the word on any platform and warn any further abuse from this company and their affiliations!
Worst company ever, avoid at all cost.
They regularly send messages that your parcel does not fit the EasyBox and ask for delivery address as if they don’t know the dimensions of the parcels and the boxes they have. After the rerouting you have to wait for days for the courier. Communication with the company is literally impossible - no one picks the phone or answers emails.
It’s a shame eMag uses them in Bulgaria.

Package is literally in the city of delivery and stays there for days and days.

I ordered something from China. It said it would be delivered yesterday and no one gave any sign. Today it says it will be delivered today between 6-8pm. At 5:30pm the courier called and said he was coming to deliver but I wasn't home. I asked him if he could leave it nearby but he didn't want to.

I’ve been a loyal Zara customer for years — over 80% of my wardrobe comes from Zara, and I make purchases almost every month. But this latest experience with Zara and Sameday Bulgaria has been unacceptable.
I placed an order, paid for it in full, including shipping, and the parcel has been stuck at the so-called warehouse in Varna for over two weeks. There is no real address, no way to collect the parcel, and no one answers the phone or emails — not at Sameday, and not at ZaraCare.
If you’re going to require prepayment and offer no option to pay on delivery, then you must guarantee actual delivery. Right now, I’ve paid — and received nothing.
I reached out to ZaraCare during business hours, but got no reply. I’m extremely disappointed, and I don’t want to lose trust in a brand I’ve supported for so long. Please treat this matter seriously — this is not how loyal customers should be treated.

Three days I'm sitting home waiting for delivery! They promised to check and ring me back. Guess what! They never ring again. When I asked again where is my delivery the answer was: "we don't have information" WHO the hell, has to nave information?!
Insane delivery routes
The package was picked up from the distribution center 10km away from our address. The delivery guy passed within 1km of our address and took the package 90km away from us. We were stranded waiting for the package, but in the end had to go out. Whoever plans the deliveries should be fired ASAP.

Your clients that send packages by these i****s should feel the pain of nothing sold, reputation ruined and then pay for this.

Redirected without my consent
I paid extra for shipping to a specific address, but on the expected delivery date, I received a message on Viber informing me that my package had been redirected to an Easybox without anyone contacting me to confirm if this was acceptable.
