Complications and cheap material
The part to connect the front wheel was broken. I had to go and buy a new one, they could sent it but it would take 12 days. The brakes have a lot of isseus, rubbing and squeaking. Feeling of cheap breaks. The bike had to go to a repairshop. The battery goes from 42% to 29% to 4% and you think you have still sufficient battery at level 2. The communication takes a lot of time and to return the bike it costs a lot of money. If you want parts they are difficult to get The torque is good, but there is space for a lot of improvement on this bike.

Good service, always here to help, good bike
I own a Samebike rs-a01 since 8 months and I really enjoy it.
I had little questions about parts and after a while a part broke but I received advice and help, part got refund.
this is a serious company selling good products!

Samebike had troubles to ship the bike to me. Anyway at the end they shipped a new one , this action was VERY appreciated.
The LO26-II is a great bike , satisfactory with good performances, with exception of the fork and the brakes when working with my weight of 100Kg.

They are great!

By the way, very happy with the fatbike. This brand is powerful and robust.
