I bought Salty Dagger jewelry for my son for his birthday and the pieces are BEAUTIFUL! I purchased a bracelet that he never takes off, rings and earrings and I am elated by the quality! They arrived in the coolest boxes and we had so much opening them! The packing matched the quality of the jewelry! We will be back to buy more. All packages arrived in a timely manner. Love this company and so excited to have found them!

I finally received my package from across the globe and must say, the waiting was worth it. I was just a tiny bit disappointed that I didn't find the mystery piece (although the chance was only 30%, but I virtually paid the price of a third piece in taxes and tolls). But the pieces are so amazing that it was just a miniscule smudge on my overall happiness. The package is magical (even containing a cloth from a real wizard!) and the silver pieces are already my favourite jewellery. Thanks a lot for all you do! Lots of love from the Czech Republic

Customer service is amazing. Had issues with shipping to the US but Ingrid was very transparent and accommodating. The pieces are absolutely beautiful, high quality, and the packing is so unique and special. Definitely a new returning customer here :)

Salty dagger always provides quality products in a quality amount of time. Hard to find good businesses that make good jewelry for men, salty dagger is far and few between.

My husband found the Salty Dagger on IG and I bought him a few rings as a gift. Everything about the experience exceeded expectations. The rings are wonderful, heavy and substantial with beautiful details. The packaging and branding are so cool as well. Great product and very attentive customer service !

I ordered a chain from Salty Dagger nearly TWO MONTHS ago for €200 and the experience has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. The tracking stopped updating over 10 days in and when I contacted their so-called "customer service" they told me to deal with customs myself. Excuse me? I paid YOU for the product and now I’m supposed to do YOUR job too?

But it gets worse.

After two months of back-and-forth, endless calls to the post office and customs and total radio silence from Salty Dagger, I was finally told I had to pay an extra €52 at the post office just to retrieve the parcel. That’s €252 for a single chain and not once did Salty Dagger offer help, support, or even the decency of a proper response.

When I contacted them again to request a reimbursement for the €52 they flat-out refused.

Let me be crystal clear: this is not just bad service. This is a company that takes your money, ghosts you, dumps the logistics on you and then tells you to deal with it. It's shady, unprofessional, and borderline scammy.

If you're even thinking of ordering from Salty Dagger DON'T. Save yourself the money, the stress and the massive headache. Once they’ve got your cash, you're on your own.
