They sent me the wrong product and I’ve made several attempts to exchange it, no response.

Have made several attempts to contact for an exchange or refund. Zero response.

Received wrong item and cannot get any response from company. Have been trying for days. Customer service is non existent. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

My son purchased the surf coffee table in September 2023. It arrived this morning, March 6, 2025.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sent the wrong color clock. When I emailed I received an automated response and never heard back. Now I have two different color items. There’s no customer service number. Additionally, very cheaply made.

This place only posts its 4 and 5 star reviews and filters the rest. Customer service is non existent. The products are cheap and don’t work well. I have requested a return 4 times with no response!!

I reported a 1-star review back to Salty home based upon nonexistent customer service. I just looked and of course they never posted my review. only 4–5-star reviews were posted. I would have expected them to at least reach out but nothing!!! My tide clock was not keeping proper time and I wanted to know if there was an adjustment to calibrate the clock. absolutely no answer on multiple attempts. my clock is an hour behind now. i absolutely would not purchase anything from this company.

I have had an identical experience to a previous reviewer in that Salty Home will not respond to a request for a return/exchange despite having a policy stated on their website. Very disappointing.

I ordered a tide clock as a gift - it was nice quality and arrived in a timely fashion but the recipient did not want it and that is where the problems began. The return process begins with an email which, after almost a week has not been answered, despite several attempts and there is no contact phone number. They must issue a code to accept a return within 7 business days, however, if they do not respond to the contact, that time will run out. I have found other similar complaints and warnings about doing business with Salty Home...unfortunately after having purchased from them. Be Warned!
