The delivery was quick and pallet company was very helpful with booking in a day, and very helpful with getting into my space.
The bed is beautiful and great quality, Iv never seen a bed like it and I’m so so happy I went with it. Xx

Disappointed with the overall service…
Disappointed with the overall service and experience. I ordered a manicure station that offered 2-3 day delivery. I had notification to say my order had been received and despatched but then nothing. I chased after a couple of days and was told it was with the courier and they would be in contact. This never happened, leaving me waiting with no clear information. I had to chase several more times and even on the agreed day of delivery I waited in all morning with no delivery. I managed to contact the courier directly who then advise me that the goods would be there later that day after originally being promised a morning slot it arrived at 3:20.While the company refunded the shipping costs, the courier is still an extension of their service, and the experience fell well below my expectations. A frustrating process that could have been handled much better.

Input different delivery address to the…
Input different delivery address to the billing address (my salon vs my home) , paid using PayPal, this auto changed the delivery address to the billing address and payment went through automatically without me knowing that this had happened. I contacted salon store to explain, their words were that they couldn’t change once item had been expedited for delivery! It hadn’t even been 5 mins! Paid for next day delivery which took a week… I tried to get it delivered to salon by liaising with both delivery company and salon store and they would not deliver to anywhere apart from my home address. It was finally delivered (on the day of our salon opening) to my home address-on a pallet and dumped on the pavement outside my house! My husband is disabled and unable to move it and we had to arrange a man with a van to move it to the salon for us at additional expense. I will not use this company again

I purchased the Viper Tattoo tray and it's fantastic! Nice and easy to use plus it looks so nice, I contacted customer services and they were so quick and friendly to respond I highly recommend them :)
