Appalling after sales support
Appalling after sales support. Royal Mail Tracking showed as delivered for one of our tests so as far as I’m concerned it was delivered - not this weak excuse of “ Royal Mail service seems to be stretched at this time” as a cop out for not refunding a test that we sent and never got the results for. I’m sorry but my contract is with you and not Royal Mail. If the tracking states delivered as far as I’m concerned it is, so a refund should be issued if it’s lost - does every consumer in the UK ring Royal Mail when something is lost from them and say “oh I hear your stretched, where is my parcel” I don’t think so !
From what I can see on here it’s very hit and miss so be very cautious and if you really want their advertised results of 24hrs. Send your test next day before 9am or you simply won’t get it on time if you don’t. Very poor overall and had their Director acknowledged my dissatisfaction for this issue and refund the test then I might have rated differently but it’s obvious from them they prefer to expect me to accept Royal Mail were at fault and basically deal with it.
