Disappointed love

I absolutely love the original spiced rum and buy loads. Its definitely my favourite.
However I recently did the rum tour and 1 detail totally infuriates me.
The whole reason the company was founded was because there was loads of gin offerings for their wives but few rum options for the guys. And now, rather than push more rum flavours like their ultra popular cherry version (which is gorgeous btw) they have trotted down the gin path themselves...... totally ruining the whole theme, idea and passion.
