Without ever reaching out to Salary.com, I received an email from Michelle Solis to accept a Zoom invite accompanied with a thank you for scheduling a meeting with them. The issue, is that the person they claim scheduled the meeting has not worked for our company for several months and the email was auto-forwarded to me for review. When I declined the meeting, another invite was sent within 5 minutes.
Salary.com sold our organization access to complete benchmarks. This was sold to our former HR manager who had little details. Today 6.5.2025 I scheduled a call to have a walk through and noticed this product they sold does not support the industry we run. They were not helpful and stated we would not see a refund or credit
