Great Customer Service!
My friend in the USA was trying to purchase 5 books about learning to play Portuguese guitar. She was unable to complete the purchase and decided to them delivered to to me while I was visiting in Porto. She couldn’t make this happen either. She sent me the information and too was unsuccessful in completing the transaction. I called the store and spoke with a charming employee who gave me another website to try. This site allowed me to ship the books to Porto but I couldn’t locate the books she wanted. I called the store again and your kind representative sent me WhatsApp links that allowed me to complete the transaction. I received the books here in Porto the next day. Both my friend and I are extremely pleased. She bought a portuguese guitar while visiting last year and despite being a very experienced musician who plays a variety of instruments she needed a little guidance in English and these books were the only reference she found.
