DO NOT BUY!

Truly an awful company.
I ordered three t-shirts (xxl), they arrived and none of them were the correct size. The picker obviously didn't care that they were sending the wrong items; and subsequently it seems neither does the company.
They take no responsibility for their mistakes and try to fob you off with a non-solution rather than rectify what could have easily been avoided.

Steer clear.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Awful company

Awful company. Clothes took ages. Terrible fit. Poor quality. Only way to return is to post to China. Take ages to reply and then didn’t understand. Avoid at all costs

Avoid Saint Aurell

Avoid Saint Aurell – Poor Quality, Misleading Practices, and No Customer Support

My experience with Saint Aurell has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Delivery was very slow, but the real issue is the quality of the products. The T-shirts I received were unbranded, made from very poor material, and showed extremely low standards of craftsmanship, with loose and inaccurate stitching throughout. Sizing was also completely unreliable, with items arriving at least two sizes smaller than advertised.

Their returns policy appears to be non-existent, leaving customers with no realistic option to resolve issues. To add to the concern, the company advertises a UK address in Sevenoaks, Kent, which, upon checking, does not appear to be a genuine business location.

I later found the exact same T-shirt being sold on Temu for nearly £25 less, making it clear that Saint Aurell are heavily overcharging for substandard products.

Overall, this company offers slow shipping, misleading information, poor-quality goods, and no support when things go wrong. I would strongly advise avoiding Saint Aurell.

If I could put -10 I would

If I could put -10 I would, this company needs to be shut down it is nothing but a scam.

Firstly my items took well over their stated delivery time, when my items arrived they arrived with no tags and the most alarming thing was none of the labels had Saint Aurrell on them they all had different names so I knew then really that I had been had.

I read through their returns policy and contacted their customer support via email to be told they don’t have a returns policy and offered me 15% of the near £100 I had spent back. THEY DONT EVEN WANT THEIR OWN CLOTHES BACK!!!!!!!!!

I reluctantly accepted the 15% back 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything, what a surprise.

DON NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Roll the dice...

This company is a very hit and miss and bit of a surprise to me in the end. I'm giving it 4 stars (maybe generous as I did get my money back on clothes I was dissatisfied with) I'm giving the company the benefit of the doubt as they appear to be swamped with orders, so I appreciate they can get things wrong and quality control not always the best. Am I talking to real people or AI? I sent countless emails and messages and did receive polite replies. I really really had to hammer it home I wanted a refund (Eventually received as mentioned above) I ordered 4 items. One spot on really good quality and very pleased with, but two were cheap imitations and one was middling. I returned three of the items, a shirt and two polo shirts and it took me a long while to get a refund (again they probably have 1000s of emails to respond to) I think if you want to buy from them you might need to lower your expectations on arrival times and getting something that looks exactly like it does on the impressive marketing photos online, that's the gamble.

AVOID - UTTER GARBAGE

AVOID. CON ARTISTS

Well I wish I would have read these reviews prior to paying.

9 days since paying £33 for a T-shirt. No confirmation email yet received. Sent 2 chaser emails to customer service with no response.

I suspect in about 6 weeks I might get a poor quality item from china.

My next route is trying for a refund from my bank as it feel like a con, but I’m not holding my breadth on that, either.

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost!! Not a UK company despite their effort to appear as one!! Cheap rubbish from China; takes over a month to arrive, rough poor quality material, poor sizing, nothing like the advertised product. All topped off by the worst service around. Save your money, do not give these scam artists a penny!!

Hideous excuse for a company

I have had to give Saintaurell a 1 star as this site wont allow me to add zero stars.

I have called them out on their Facebook page surprise surprise they don’t comment have messaged them via messenger they came back once an so have called them out a couple of times since nothing not a response clearly they just take the money and contact someone in china to send something out, awful experience still nothing has turned up 3 weeks later.

I have gone to my credit card to raised a dispute with these cowboys so I can try and get my money back.

Please please please do not give this company any of your money they are cowboys who take your money and are clearly buying cheap rubbish from China.

Stay clear!!!!!!!

Misleading Advertising & Poor Customer Service — Avoid This Company

I ordered what was advertised as a premium product but received a cheap, low-quality garment with all labels proactively removed — no company branding, no sizing information. This is a big red flag and potentially a Trading Standards issue.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility and issuing a full refund, they offered just 30% back and expected me to keep the unwanted product. Their “standard” return policy requires customers to send items back to China at their own cost, even when the mistake is theirs.

The combination of misleading advertising, removing product labels, and refusing a full refund shows a lack of accountability, poor business ethics, and very poor customer service. I have escalated the matter to my credit card provider and will be reporting this to Trading Standards.

Strongly advise avoiding this company.

If i could give no stars i would, shorts arrived stiching was awful loose ends everywhere took pictures and stated i wanted a refund. They said no and offered 15% discount. This company is a scam do not use them

Complete Scam. Do not buy.

Avoid at all costs. Cheapest of material, no branding on the clothes, took 3/4 weeks to arrive from China. The black shorts were like something you would have worn to primary school in the 80’s. Complete scam.

I ordered a shirt which actually wasn’t…

I ordered a shirt which actually wasn’t too bad (when it eventually arrived)but the collar was really large so wanted to return it. Only after you have got in touch with them to say you’d like to return your item do they tell you it has to be returned to china!! It was going to cost me more than half the price of the shirt to return so I didn’t bother. According to their website their returns process is really easy!!!!

False description of material used! Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered a top that was described as being made from soft cotton, what arrived is actually polyester which I am allergic to which I had to email them to find out as it came with zero tags. They offered to send me a free top and keep the original as a gesture of goodwill - another polyester top! They are false advertising and refusing to give me a full refund unless I send the top back at my own expense! Do not purchase from this company!!!

I’d give zero if I could. Pretend they are a couple called Archie and Harriet who run a small business in England. Truth is the clothes are shipped from china take ages to arrive and are terrible quality!! AVOID !!!!
