After receiving a "Back in stock" email, I ordered the brown Keller trouser in the "Short" option. I'm 5'4" and they were the perfect length.
The material is excellent and very comfortable.
The communications were 1st class - delivery was timely and I received regular updates of expected delivery date. Nicely packaged too.
I would not hesitate to order again from this company. And will.

Beware of the undisclosed return fee of $20. Their website is misleading. Says 'Free Delivery & Returns Info' which leads one to believe that returns are free. But returns are in fact $20, even if you keep some items from your order. Wouldn't recommend.

Great trousers that fit and flatter. As a petite pear shape very impressive range of trousers for all heights. Machine washable so very practical. I will buy more.

I was lucky to visit the shop in Covent Garden on a trip to London, having already been tempted by their lovely clothes online. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I came away with exactly the right style of trousers after trying a few different options. Superb quality and cut. This was my first purchase but won't be my last!

They were out of stock in my size, so every day i was checking for new stock and Bingo i got a pair
They are perfect, best pair of jeans i’ve ever owed, the material, pattern and make are awesome, they were boxed beautifully, deliver was fast, and i was kept up to date on arrival

Great shapes and comfortable fitting

I placed an order for £160 which I returned. They confirmed they received the return however on checking my CC statement I could see 6 weeks later they hadn’t refunded me. I contacted customer service and they advised they would process my refund in 48 hours, the refund showed on my CC so I thought it had been resolved. I have checked again and the refund has disappeared as though it has bounced or they have dragged it back for some reason. I have contacted them again but haven’t had a response and have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company. This has left me feeling very uneasy about the company and has led me to have to do a lot of chasing which is frustrating. I am concerned as to why the refund was paid and then cancelled or bounced.

The quality of the clothing I bought is excellent and delivery was prompt.

Loved it all. The communication, the service, the presentation box with my two dresses. Never ordered before and only recently discovered you. Will definitely be a customer going forward, as you have lovely things.

Absolutely appalling experience. QualitySaint + Sofia confirmed receipt of my return on March 3rd but failed to refund me. I followed up on the 17th, and they explicitly promised they would process the refund within 48 hours but they never did. Emailed them again on 19th after 48 hours window expired giving them another 24 hours to initiate a refund- no response. They essentially held my money and my returned items hostage while ignoring their own commitments. After ghosting me, I had no choice but to open a dispute with my credit card provider. My bank has now forcibly taken the money back from them. A professional brand should not require a bank investigation to perform a simple refund.
Beyond the terrible service, the quality is a major letdown. A pair of trousers for over £100 is lower quality than what you would find at M&S for a fraction of that price. Don't be fooled by the high price tags or the branding; the quality simply isn't there, and the customer service is even worse. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
P.S. Even a reply to this review is a lie - did not email me multiple times. Only emailed once after failing to refund within 14 days, then ghosted me but reacted quickly to a negative review. Typical.

Trousers beautifully packed in tissue in a box. No creases, able to get worn immediately. Love the shape, colour, style.

I bought a Maggie wrap dress last year, colour black with red-pink flowers. Very pretty but also very disappointing. After one wash (following instructions) the black was covered in white fuzz as if the white reverse of the fabric was creeping through. I put it away but got it out of the wardrobe again and put it on today. It really does look sad, cheap and overwashed, and I wouldn’t wear it outside the house. I hope S and S is using better quality materials now, especially as the supposed quality is a selling point. If not, this is to flag up the issue.

I had looked at the black polka dot skirt for a while. Finally ordered it, and am so glad I did. I love Saint & Sofia clothes, and have never been disappointed. Service is excellent, speedy delivery and items packaged beautifully. I’m in the older age bracket, but their clothes can be styled for any age.
