Consumer fraud, run away
If I could give zero or minus stars, I would. I think my experience could be classified as a consumer fraud. I booked a trip with a deluxe boat, and didn't get any news and more details for our departure until last minute, despite of my messages and calls. In the morning of the day of the departure, they called me and said that the sailing has to be canceled, but I can change to the next day with a standard boat. I already had plans set and stuff, but I tried to be understanding and agreeing with the change, with the condition that they will payback the difference of the cost (because the standard boat is cheaper than my initially booked boat) and the cost for the additional 1 night of hotel. I didn't even ask for compensations for my time lost and plans changing, because I believe they had a good intention, just some bad luck with the ship. And guess what? Never seen my money back. I texted them every day for more than 2 months, and nothing. In the end I paid more for a service I didn't even book in the first place.
