I highly recommend this company. They dealt with the sale of my late parents' property, and were excellent throughout the process. I was updated on the progress regularly, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff (particularly Keri) were friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. They made things so much easier for me during a very sad and difficult time.

Fantastic Service
From day one the staff at Sail were fantastic. Kept me up to date and were extremely fast and efficient. Unfortunately my buyers solicitors were below par and caused quite a few issues but Sail kept on top of it. Would highly recommend.

A probate sale , a complex chain and many hurdles to completion. But with the hard work of Keri , Rose and Jess...we got it done and I couldn't be happier. The support, and professionalism were first class and reassuring from start to finish. I dont ever want to go through this process again but if I had to I would choose Sail in a heartbeat...Thank you for everything!

Exceptional service
Sail Legal have managed the whole process of selling a house following grant of probate a year ago. They have been completely brilliant in every way, organising it all from house clearance and cleaning to marketing and conveyancing.
