Sagemcom support does not exist!

I have Sagemcom TV equipment from Optimum. No manual is available. Optimum wasn't much help, so I tried reaching out to Sagemcom. Their contact form on their website has been broken for months (I've been trying for months), so you can't actually contact them directly. I reached out to them on Facebook and Twitter, but despite Facebook Messenger showing they have read my question, they do not respond. There is no response, no support, no nothing! Terrible company!

Sagemcom Tech Support non-existant

I have a Sagemcom router via Frontier. I had a few simple questions, and there is no manual. I contacted Sagemcom tech support via e-mail and their online portal. Received emails telling me someone mwould contact me. No one ever has. Their support is useless. I note that they do not respond to reviews either.

I just got the fiber optic service with…

I just got the fiber optic service with Frontier and looking for more speed and no caps charge like comcast. During my test period with Frontier vs. Comcast. Specifically those Sagemcom Modem/Router they are really bad im unable to connect my home existing network … I’m being doing this for several years and now I’m ready to say Frontier that they needs to go from my home. There’s no way if I’m paying a company make rules on my home. Fired and Cancel. Not happy at all

Poor service at SAGEMCOM

My Sagemcom gateway expose my PC to hacker attacks. If I activate its firewall it prevents me from using MS Skype and Team Viewer. When I e-mailed Sagemcom’s support team they responded rudely and gave me no solution. After I complained to their CEO, Patrick Sevian, I received a message from their Complaints manager, Christelle Lemée-Bizet, but she recalled her message, sent me another one without her last name, and then ignored my further communications.
