Sagemcom support does not exist!
I have Sagemcom TV equipment from Optimum. No manual is available. Optimum wasn't much help, so I tried reaching out to Sagemcom. Their contact form on their website has been broken for months (I've been trying for months), so you can't actually contact them directly. I reached out to them on Facebook and Twitter, but despite Facebook Messenger showing they have read my question, they do not respond. There is no response, no support, no nothing! Terrible company!
