I'm disgusted that it's been longer than 3 weeks still for sage to pay a employees wage and ignoring calls and making excuses..

Sage care is totally useless
Sage care is totally useless, Managers in the office are poor. They do not follow their own protocols and procedures when you complain. You just get Im dealing with it then nothing happens. They treat caring staff like dogs and do not care. Training is very poor and they loose staff because of this. In my view the Managers need sacking and some carers are very good others are a waste of time. Made complaints to the Local Council, nothing happens even the CQC and nothing happens. It should loose the contract with the Council as not up to standard.

I've already reviewed this company and honestly answered my concerns. I'm not covering it again. My email keeps getting reminders. I was very satisfied with the supervisor who called and clarified the untruth tha t the employee neglected to tell me. So pls find the original. I don't mind if ubtake it down. Have I ever given a neg review?Unsure of date.l
