Of course I ordered prior to reading…

Of course I ordered prior to reading all of these reviews. I ordered a set of three gold mouse lamps and a crow lamp for my bro in law. I have high end taste, I don’t buy crap. I was shockingly thrilled with the three little gold mice lamps. They may have been pricier but I get compliments on them every time someone comes into my home. The verdict is out on the crow lamp. I will say the return address was not in Seattle Washington, but in NY. Shipping definitely took a while. Maybe it’s a Chinese company sending from China to various warehouses in the US shipping out to us US buyers. Anyway. I’m happy I didn’t have the same experience as most here. They also wrote me directly within an hour of me asking why I was being asked to pay for an item I paid for and told me it was an automatic email and apologized profusely.

I ordered a nice looking lamp for $65…

I ordered a nice looking lamp for $65 and I received something from a dollar tree that was not worth .99 cents. It was nothing similar or close to what I ordered. It was few Christmas lights attached to a stick with black electrical tape. There is no way to contact them. I attempted a return but they want to collect $20 for shipping.. it is a SCAM. I'm willing to file a lawsuit if you guys get a hold of me.

Order unfulfilled

I ordered an item and did not receive a confirmation email with an order number. When I contacted them, they said they have no record of me in the system, and kept asking info such as my name, number, shipping address. I was charged for the item but never got it.
Also, I see the reviews on their website do not even show up. When I left a review with 1 star, it does not register it at all - it appears as if the item has only 4 or 5 stars. Very scammy behavior.

Package and items were in PIECES!

I'm so upset at myself for not looking up reviews first! My shipment (2 ceramic raven light holders) that I ordered weeks ago finally showed up. They arrived in the flimsiest Styrofoam box... both pieces shoved in haphazardly in the cheapest and thinnest bubble wrap sleeves. One wall of the Styrofoam box was in pieces and the box was in a plastic bag! No cardboard... no extra bubble wrap or packing peanuts. So both ceramic ravens were in PIECES!!!

This site, as well set up as it is, is a HUGE scam site and I feel so dumb giving them my money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS 1ST! IF THERE WAS A "0" OR NEGATIVE STAR, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM. VERY BAD FOREIGN CO.
Bought an item from them and the electrical light did not work. Could not get a response from company for return information, and no phone number to contact them. Finally returned the item per their instructions and I had to pay for the shipping. This company claimed they never received the returned defective item. I emailed the tracking number and confirmation, still they denied receiving it. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. This company lied to PayPal regarding the situation. This company would not give me a refund, so I am out $65 and PayPal won't hold them accountable.

I WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS 1ST! IF THERE WAS A "0" OR NEGATIVE STAR, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM. VERY FISHY FOREIGN CO. YOU CAN LOOK AT 3 DIFFERENT AREAS OF THEIR AND SEE WRITTEN VARIATIONS OF THE "FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS", AS WELL AS HOW MANY DAYS YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU WILL FIND DISCREPENCIES THROUGHOUT. YOU PAY AT LEAST $14 -17.50 FOR RETURNS, YOU CAN'T CALL TO SPEAK TO A PERSON, THEY MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE TO WEAR YOU DOWN, SO YOU GIVE UP! IT TOOK 5 ATTEMPTS AND 6 WEEKS TO GET MY PARTIALLY REFUNDED MONEY BACK AND THAT WAS "WITH" ME MEETING ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN,(WHICH AGAIN VARY IN THEIR OWN WEBSITE). - AND THEY HAD THE MERCHANDISE FOR THAT ENTIRE PERIOD, BUT NEVER ADMITTED IT. IT THEN TOOK YET 2 MORE ATTEMPTS, AND PROOF OF THE MAILING RECEIPT (ie. SPEND THE EXTRA FOR TRACKING), BECAUSE THEY WERE NEVER GOING TO HAND OVER MY $ THEY ALLEGEDLY "COULDN'T FIND IT",AND NEEDED A DESCRIPTION OF IT (DESPITE SEEING IT ON THEIR SCREEN), UNTIL I TOLD THEM I HAD PROOF THEY RECEIVED IT WITH DATE AND TIME STAMP! I WAS REQUIRED TO SENT THEM PROOF, (2 ATTEMPTS), AND HAD TO WAIT AGAIN AND MEMO THEM AGAIN, THEN FINALLY 2 MONTHS LATER GOT MY MONEY MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THE RETURN S+H MYSELF, NOT USING THEIRS WHICH COST MORE (~$17.50). SO THEY DID STILL WIN AS THEY KEPT $17 PLUS THE $14 I PAID USPS TO SEND IT BACK. AT LEAST MY TENACITY GOT ME THE BULK REFUNDED. ALMOST HAD TO PULL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN TO REVOKE THEIR PAYMENT TO SAGE AND SILL. NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT! I HAVE BLOCKED THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS!

Do not buy from this company!

It took forever for the items I ordered to arrive and they were the wrong color. Multiple attempts to contact the company went unanswered (they don't have a phone number and multiple messages via their website Contact Us form went unanswered - despite a statement that messages would be responded to within 1 business day - it's been 3 weeks and no response at all from multiple messages. Don't order from this company

The product (planter) I ordered was a bit too pricey but of good quality. It is different to all the products I have seen on UK websites and matches with my other decor. Shipping may take some time but this may be normal for overseas deliveries.

My vase came completely shattered…

My vase came completely shattered twice, terribly wrapped, and they took forever to get back to me. To they’re credit I wasn’t charged for the replacement but we’ll see how getting my money back goes.

Order was completely wrong

Order was completely wrong. I ordered a completely different lit tree. I received the ugliest tree they had on their site. It was silver and the base was white and did not even look anything like the item that I picked out. Very disappointed. I will not order anything else from this company.

Ordered a £45 product and when it…

Ordered a £45 product and when it arrived it was very disappointing. The product is smaller than expected and the materials are really cheap like it’s come straight from a cheap, discount shop or market stall . Really not worth the money charged, and then when I tried to return, realised it had to go back to America which would cost over £20.
I would really question the quality and intentions of this company. I feel deceived and very disappointed.

Damaged product arrived 3 weeks late…

Damaged product arrived 3 weeks late and they won't return it! They are "investigating" what happened. The product must come from some 3PL as my product arrived in different shipments and poorly wrapped, hence the product arriving damaged. They now want me to pay to return the damaged product. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM,
