Business is closed but still accepting orders
I fear this business is now closed, but they are still accepting order and taking payments.
I ordered with them in the past few years and I never had an issue. However, ordered in February 5th 2026, after 2 years without ordering and I never received my order. I contacted them by email and through the website and I have also tried calling them at multiple occasions, but no follow up.
I'm currently disputing my order with afterpay in order to get a refund.
The items ordered were not received
The items ordered were not received. It has been impossible to get any form of update from the vendor. We have had to reverse the charge directly with our credit card provider.
By far the worst company I've ever dealt with!
I made a $300 order in Nov 2023 and it took 5 months for around 10% of it to arrive. They said the other stuff was backordered. I asked them to refund the remaining portion, and they told me they don't do refunds, only in-store credit, so I waited. 10 months later I asked them when the backordered stuff would be coming in and they told me it was discontinued and they still wouldn't refund me, so they gave me a coupon for the outstanding amount and suggested that I order something else with the coupon.
I made another order on Nov 11, 2024 and had to pay for shipping again! It was a $331 order and this time, the order didn't come in at all. My account showed that there were also backordered items on it, so I emailed and called them and no response.
I checked on it recently and now my account shows that my order has been cancelled! No reimbursement, no communication! Over a year has passed! I have now written 7 letters, called over 40 times and left dozens of messages, but no response. I am beyond frustrated! The owners of this company should be held responsible for the stress and time wasted by everyone who has been screwed over by them. I don't understand how they are still allowed to function as a business. I am now calling them 7 times a day and leaving messages (when their mailbox isn’t full) and hopefully I’ll pester them into fulfilling my order. Never in my life have I encountered a company this slimy that has stayed in business for so long.

Paid for my order never received a thing and no tracking number of course. I’ve call 4 times so far no call backs and no one answers the phone. Three emails no response there either. Buyer beware!!!

How is this place still in business you ask? Because they take your money and keep the product you ordered. They are CRIMINALS. It's been years that I have been emailing, calling, trying to contact them about a barrel of olive oil I ordered. And nothing happens, once they gave me store credit, and then didn't send out what I tried to replace my original order with. So the problem continues.

Not received order
I ordered from this company over a month ago. I received no tracking number. I have called and emailed numerous times with zero response. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to me. I ordered from this business years ago and I had the same issue, a young lady was so rude with me I vowed to never order again! Please do not throw your money away to this business. I should of learned the first time. How they are still allowed to run is beyond me. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

WORST SUPPLIER EVER
The absolute Worst supplier.
I placed an oorder for a case of 16oz bottles, June 22, 2023. I got the caps but not the bottles after so many back and forth they refunded in May 2024, but didn't refund because according to them it was via e-transfer. I placed another order May 22nd and i recieved one one item from the other. They created another for whats remaining June 4th 2024 and till date I've not heard a word. I've called severally no one ever picks the phone, perhaps I've been blocked, I've also emailed them no response. They owe me $134.86

Absolutely the worst company I have ever ordered from. I order one thing from this company. 3 weeks after ordering from this company l order products from China, B.C and Alberta all came before the products l order from this company. DO NOT waste your money on this company. You are better of donating to some charity. I have send several messages

BIG SCAM - Update
Like the other reviews I placed my order on Oct. 24th 2024 and never received it. Multiple inquiries, no response and have not been able to get a refund. I am contacting BBB and also going to try and file a fraud report with CAFC (Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre). I think it is deplorable that they are allowed to still operate online. May 2nd - Update to say I have filed a complaint with BBB and created a report with CAFC and would suggest others do the same.

They seem to have deleted their Google Maps listing, so you can't see past reviews. This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
They lie about their inventory, claiming that whatever you purchased can't be shipped because it’s out of stock yet they are more than willing to take your money immediately.
As you continue to wait, with nothing being done, don't expect them to actually contact you or even pick up the phone. They just continue to lie and lie.
I purchased a full set of products to make soap and decided it would be better to order everything from one store. That was a mistake. They gladly took my money but ignored all my attempts to find out when their stock would be replenished, making up excuse after excuse. I practically had to bully them into giving me my money back. Other Google Maps reviews (before they were deleted) also mentioned that they purposely delay sending out products and, if you're from Canada but not in their province, they try to convince you they can't issue a refund, only store credit.
I became extremely angry and sent them a strong email outlining the legal steps I would take for fraud if they didn’t act. Miraculously, the items they claimed were "out of stock" were suddenly shipped, and I eventually received them.
FYI: When you place an order, they'll send you half or even less of what you paid for and that's when their scheme to withhold your money begins. I even had to use TextNow to set up an Ontario-based phone number just to trick them into answering my calls.
IT'S A SCAM! Shop elsewhere!
Like other reviews, mine is the same. Ordered supplies and they never came. Nobody responds to emails from their website or answers the phone. Shady business and I'm surprised that it's still online. More people need to report this to the BBB AND/OR file notice of claims to this "company". People should not be allowed to get away with scamming people. We work hard for our money.

I've held off for a long time writing a review hoping that they would come through - and after a year and innumerable opportunities to respond, they still haven't....So...I'd give a 0 but that's not an option. I have lost count of how many phone calls and emails I have made trying to connect over an order made a year ago. A few months in I finally got an email reply but it was non-committal without any followup. No response at all since. It took me a while to trust them once they reconfigured themselves a few years ago, as they did this to us before. Sadly I will never again trust Saffire Blue.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Just read their policies and everything will be clear to you. I don't understand how they haven't gone bankrupt by now and how anyone buys from such horrible people. Companies like this should be closed down and their owners sent to forced labor somewhere. SCAMMERS.. over 1 year waiting
I think they blocked me on google review because I can't leave one after they updated and deleted all their original reviews. I have had a S storm with them. They owe me $70 in product I placed on their store over 1 year ago. There has been so much drama that has happened since but they are SCAM ARTISTS. Won't answer the phone because they're chickens and don't want to deal with angry customers. I feel terrible for those who've lost hundreds+ or even thousands of dollars of products. Go to the credit card company and file a complain and the BBB! I cannot due to the fact it's been over a year but I filed a few different complaints for forms over Ontario. Not a legitimate supplier
Not a legitimate supplier, asks for e-transfer and then you won't get your order. After a month I inquired and was told my order was "at the shipping department awaiting a tracking number, and once it's assigned my package will be sent" and I've never heard such a thing before, in my 10+ years of experience regularly shopping online. Where do these tracking numbers come from, to take so much time? Things I wonder as an ecommerce business owner.
Still no update after another two weeks. I purchased from this company because I had seen their name in forums, I should have checked here first.
I have bought from legitimate companies with etransfer, but it seemed suspicious that the company accepted my money in the small hours of the night, rather than in business hours. I really recommend avoiding this website. There are many places in the same province that will ship out your order in under a week, with secure payment options, so look for those instead.
Update: after I made a complaint to BBB they sent out my order immediately, however it was incomplete, missing some of the most important items, which seems to mean it was not awaiting a tracking number after all. Truly unfortunate how that was handled, I almost felt bad for a moment for "hastily assuming" I'd end up with missing stuff because I was sent a tracking number. The bill was updated without any notice of credit for missing items in shipment. Better than losing all my money, I guess.
