Sent wrong order and will not communicate for return/refund

I ordered a Tuff Duck vest and Pants on 4/46. I received the order and the pants were the wrong size. I ordered 34x30 and received 30x34. I have called may times during business hours but after you are on hold with the automated attendant to forces you to voice mail. I have eft 2 voice mails and sent 3 email requesting return of. the wrong size pants they shipped. They have not returned any of my calls or emails requesting return/refund. I advised if contact was not made by 5/15 I would be forced to request a charge back from my card provider. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They have other complaints with the NY BBB.
