Ordered a product through our purchasing department, they ordered the incorrect size. We called within 5 minutes of ordering and were told we would just have to reorder the correct item and return the wrong one. We are charged $150 for a clerical error. We will NEVER purchase from you again.

The company sent me a perfect road sign and all the needed hardware. A piece of the hardware broke upon installation which may have been my fault. The company replaced the broken piece with super quick shipping. I am very happy with their customer service.
Very disappointed! I order an what I thought good quality sign and was happy to pay a bit more for it, as to have a long lasting sign for outdoors. Sign came the material it self seem fine but it's just a bloody sticker sticked on to aluminium piece, if I would have known that I could have just ordered a much cheaper sticker and stick it on myself to a cheap piece of wood.
Worst company to work with. I had an issue with the company. I am the owner of a reputable sign business in Houston area. I bought some post bases from this company. The bases just failed a month after they were installed. I sent pictures of what happened to customer service. From the first time they said that this was not their product, they always called me a liar. We don’t offer Parking Sign in our portfolio but one of our biggest customers ask us to do some parking signs for them. In the history of my business we have never bought any post base ever, but they kept their position calling me a Liar. I also sent them pictures of the post and brackets that we bought along with the bases, they are six in total, I have them in my shop. They caused me an issue with one of my best customers. Be careful, ethics are the most important and also the customer service
