Thankyou Mr Sehmi. Organising an event such as your festival takes a lot of planning beforehand and it was good to be involved at such an early stage and a pleasure to help with the health and safety / food safety advice. It all looked to have gone very well.
Recently we had Karen from Safety in Action come on board and work with us as a consultant at The Boutique Distillery Ltd for 3 months to advise and put in place our HACCP policy and our submission for our SALSA certification.
She was very knowledgeable and we could not have achieved any of this on our own. As a result of her hard work, our audit for certification passed first time!
