Rafael Rosario was my tech and was excellent explaining everything very polite thank you Rafael for your service excellent job

The installer, Christian Canales. He has obviously been doing his job a long time as he is effortless and efficient. Christian was polite, patient, and personable. The factor that made me hesitant to give an enthusiastic 5 stars (to the company, not Christian) was the upsell pitch. This is not unique to Safe Streets as nearly every industry in the business of selling does this. It was a little unexpected and made it awkward for me. Other than that, there is no reason to not give 5 stars for the service and benefits for the price.

I forgot the technician’s name, but he was great! He showed up early and got everything taken care of quickly. One of our cameras was offline, and he even went into the attic to check the connection and was able to get it working again. He cleaned up after himself, was very polite, and made sure everything was good to go before he left. Overall, a great experience!

ADT is incompetent. Scheduled a service call, they were unprepared and did not have what was required. Also forgot to arm an exterior door. Scheduled another call to inly to have half the job completed. Yep you guessed it! They need to schedule another service call. I was lied to and told service guy would be back the same day, surprise he never showed up! Unreliable, not trustworthy, incompetent and zero communication skills between office and service techs. Disgraceful for a business!

I was shocked at the price I was quoted and JUMPED on the deal. I've been wanting ADT protection for years and I finally got it. The technician was outstanding and the process was smooth. He even cleaned up before he left.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! Amazing guy

Alex was fantastic. He was thorough in his work and explained every option available to me. He never pressured me to choose anything that I didn't want or need. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was quick and efficient and a pleasure to have in our new house.

SafeStreets and Anthony Campos have been so easy to work with. Anthony was on time, asked me in what I wanted to accomplish and help set up the apps and account. He gave me exactly what I hoped for. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for home security.

Chris in sales and Clayton who did the installation were both awesome. Very happy and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality system!!

Mike was so good. He was able to explain the different options and he took the time to help me build the best system for us. He was fun to work with today too.
