Alexander was on time and very…

Alexander was on time and very professional. He explained the various options that ADT has to offer and the cost associated with the items. He helped us with the setup process which included the Apps that were necessary and how to use them. I am very satisfied with Alexander’s work ethic, professionalism and friendly demeanor. I would recommend ADT to anyone if all their technicians are as great as him
