Deposit received but order not processed – no response from support

created an order on SafelyChange.exchange to swap 140 USDT (ERC20).
Order ID: ORD-DB38B32F
Transaction hash: 0x0d91b7555a2762dd2daca09213bf16937668689b0c8f03cca24a915542c47a3e
The transaction was successfully confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain (100+ confirmations), and the funds were sent to the address provided by the exchange.
However, the order status still shows “Awaiting deposit,” even though the payment is clearly confirmed on-chain.
I contacted support via email but have received no response so far.
If this is just a delay, I expect the exchange to process the order promptly and respond to customers. Otherwise, this behavior raises serious concerns about reliability and transparency.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
