Unsure of protection
I received my purchase, SLD-MTC-B-S-S Concealable Carrier, but it looks like just a canvas vest, absolutely no protective piece inside, am I to trust wearing this and hope it stops a bullet?

Buyers beware, quality/sizing issues
My belt that I ordered felt very sturdy, but after attaching my holster, mag pouches and light, the leather had deep scratches/rips in the finish. I attempted to reach out to customer service about this and the sizing being a bit off.
When I reached out to the Safelife crew, I talked to a representative who was not interested in helping out with a size exchange. I explained that the belt was a bit tight, and that I would like to try a different size. He said that because I tried the belt on and attached some of my gear, that the belt was not eligible for exchange.
So now I'm stuck with a 150$ belt that doesn't fit right, and the finish is already coming off. I love the opportunity to support a smaller business, but i would NOT recommend SafeLife.

Vest is a good vest.
How do I adjust the vest to a comfortable fit. I've been doing everything straps wearing it and it feels a little tight in some areas. It fits somewhat perfect but tight in areas around the stomach and back

Horrible exchange policy
Horrible exchange policy, I was told for a small mark on the belt that was formed from trying it on that I could not exchange for a larger size. Now I have a $120 belt that I can’t use.

Love this Belt
To be honest, I thought the belt was going to not be what they showed, so far, I have only been wearing it for 4 weeks and it is incredible. When I first received the belt it was tough to get it adjusted to my size but after a few shifts and a few micro adjustments which I will explain the belt is perfect. The adjustments are so easy to make and only take a second to do, so if you want the belt looser or tighter its super quick and simple.

The wrong color belt was sent to me
The wrong color belt was sent to me. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and arranged for me to return it so the correct color belt could be sent to me. I am unhappy that I had to wait for my return to be processed and received by Safe Life before my correct color was sent to me. I feel that as soon as it was confirmed that the wrong color belt had been sent to me, Safe Life should have sent out my correct color belt to me. This would have cut down my wait time by a couple of days at least. It was Safe Life's mistake that caused a delay in me receiving my product, yet they were unwilling to correct the mistake until they received the return. Also, no offer of a discount or a credit for the mistake and inconvenience was disappointing.

Order was delivered on time. Been wearing body armor for over thirty years, and I was definitely not used to how thin the panels are. I purchased because of your videos so I'm going to trust you with my life. Was not sure about the sizing, as all my vests have been custom fit, but it seems to fit well, if different. Should be a pocket in the carrier for an extra kevlar panel if one wants to add it. My life in your hands fellas...

I had the worst experience with…
I had the worst experience with customer service and the company. I tried to contact by phone with an issue and got nothing. I finally got an email response after a period of time and the communication was very lacking. They disregarded my problem, did not pay attention to my needs or what I was explaining, I won’t ever purchase again.
