The old alarms weren't removed from the front and back door. Cancelation notification to previous company was not initiated promptly which caused 2 security system payments for September.

I received the camera in front of house which actually turns and follows human beings that walk in front of my house and records so I can even share with family and friends when needed. Wife and I are alerted anytime anyone walks in front of our home. Very pleased

John and the installation tech came out about 30 minutes after I made the first inquiry about their services. They set up my monitoring and helped me complete the application and made sure I knew how to use the system. Their speed and concern were excellent. The price offered was excellent as well.

I asked for a receipt of payment be emailed..still haven’t received it..my indoor cameras I have to constantly charge. As well as outdoor solar cameras after moving the cameras..also says my system cannot connect to server due to my WiFi after I bought an additional extender still the same problem.. smh..wished I didn’t get this! Not to mention I paid for 42 months of service etc up front in full!

You have no technicians to do the work when needed even after thirty days. The salesman who came to my home said that it was a local company and its way on the other side on the map and then after canceling the contract they came and got their equipment back and took more than their equipment.

TBH it wasn’t clear when we were contracted, and even part way into the pitch that they were not with my previous company (ADT). That said, they were very clear before going forward with the contract as to the name of their company and that this was a different company from ADT.
Both the sales person and the installer were very pleasant and professional and even corrected a poorly installed sensor which was installed by the previous company.
