Their products and catio structures are of a very high quality and installed professionally. I would say that the communication and response time with the company was a little hit and miss but our installation and additional items were worth this downside of a fantastic company

Great product, expertly installed at a good price. A great range of powder coated colours and installation on the day was quick with the team working really hard. It looks great and provides a safe space for our cats whilst we are outside. A polycarbonate roof will allow them to be outside even in the rain. Highly recommended and many thanks for your hard work.

The team arrived on time even though they had a long drive. Very professional and great workmanship, everything is perfect. Great blokes too! Our boy Dusty absolutely loves it ❤️

The SafeCat UK van arrived on site today to fully install our bespoke designed catio and we are super pleased with the result!

This is a lovely family-run small business delivering what is in our view THE premium catio option on the UK market. We were fully aware of the build time from the start but the result has been well worth the wait! From communicating online with Claire or talking through options with Aidy and Jamie on installation day, the Safecat team were very accommodating. They know their stuff. Whilst you can easily source any old catio online, the team at Safecat UK go above and beyond in curating the perfect customised unit to suit your needs.
Although the initial quote was a more than anticipated, the team were able to passionately explain why this was the case, which truly filled me with confidence.
We were keen to ensure the catio was strong enough to support shelves and accessories on the inside - this alone, was a near impossible feature to find within other brands Catio’s.
Having now received ours (which the team assembled securely and perfectly to the house and patio) I can say with complete faith the quote was absolutely worth it, and urge anyone else who’s looking for a strong, safe and visually appealing catio to make their purchase with Safecat UK.

Thank you for the amazing catio. The catio was a bespoke L shape fit and Claire and the team helped me workout the best way to measure it. I went with the steel catio with powder coating. My cats are 10 and 8 and have always been indoor cats so I wanted to make sure they were in a secure environment and this is certainly the case with this catio. Clare was always helpful with questions and when i wanted an update. The installation was done professionally with a friendly manner and always checked any aspects to be sure I was happy as the installation was being done.
I’d really highly recommend this company.

The catio recently erected by Adrian and his lovely assistant, Clare, last week is fantastic. Quality is brilliant. Very friendly and informative couple. My 2 cats love it. First thing in the morning they want to be out there. We can now have patio doors open without fear of them escaping.
It's been an absolute game changer for us. The fit and finish is second to none. Highly recommended. There are others out there, but these are the best. Thankyou you all, xx

Safecat UK was worth the wait! Ordered back in April and was told about the long turnaround I'd have to wait due to them being in high demand! Was so glad I came across their website/facebook page and was even more excited to see they delivered/installed in Scotland also! So happy to have this very safe space for our cats. A big shout out to Safecat UK catios! My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the new large tunnel extension they built and installed for us today. They are the same team that built our original enclosures four years ago so my wife and I knew we wanted them for the project. They are an honest, genuine family run business who really care about their customers. Their craftsmanship is fantastic and the quality is top-notch. Our three cats are loving their new expanded kingdom and have so much more space to explore safely. If you are looking for a high quality Catio we can't recommend Clare, Aidy and Jamie (Safecat Uk Catios) highly enough.

I chose this company because of the great reviews and I really liked the appearance of the catios offered compared to other companies.
However I was put off by the long lead in time and the fact I had to pay 50% deposit upfront before there was a formal agreement and the clock started ticking.
I was also anxious about whether my measurements were accurate. Another more local company would have done the measurements themselves.
On the installation day itself (12.5 weeks after the formal agreement was made), I was stressed out because I was told the team would arrive between 9-10am. This was then changed to ‘just after lunch’, then 3pm.
Eventually the team arrived at after 4pm and didn’t finish the job till about 9pm.
They told me they wouldn’t get home till midnight and had to be up again at 5am.
So all in all I was very impressed with their dedication and the catio itself is beautiful and my cat is gradually getting used to it and enjoying the new experiences.
So it WAS worth the wait and anxieties and I would recommend the company if you can wait your turn!

Quick and efficient delivery and installation by Adie and Jamie who were very nice and personable throughout, also. Any changes or updates were done via email with Clare as well who also provided a great customer experience.

Most importantly, my cat Mia is loving being able to get out and sunbathe and enjoy the new smells. The build quality of the catio is fantastic and gives great peace of mind regards safety so would highly recommend for anyone with an indoor cat who is thinking of getting one.

We wanted to purchase a catio and found Safecat via a Google search. Our experience has been amazing. We contacted them and shared pictures and measurements, we were told to expect it to take a while and were given rough timescales which were about right. We knew they had great experience, the product was far superior to others available and sometimes you have to pay more and be patient for quality. The team were all lovely people and good communicators. We had the catio fitted and it was a great experience, they went above and beyond to talk us through everything and fit the accessories. We absolutely love it but more importantly so do our cats Pebble and Pickle. It’s an investment that we can use for many years to come. Our cats can now come in and go out as they please safely. We are so happy we chose Safecat and highly recommend them.

Beware... This company had taken my money in March on the basis of I would get fabricated wooden panels within 2-3 weeks.
As soon as I had paid I received an email to say that actually it would be 4-6 six weeks delivery! After six weeks,having had no email reply directly or through Shopify I contacted the company via the 'personal phone number as I was told!' advertised on their website. I was told that they didn't know how much longer it would take to deliver as their Son dealt with the wooden Catio side and he is currently working full time elsewhere to save up for a deposit for a house! He can only fabricate in his spare time. Needless to say I requested my money back and told that it is likely to take 10 days! Having just checked their website, all wooden Catio products are now out of stock! Very strange 🤔

We love our amazing catio, we think our cat does too! She has spent time in it since it was installed a couple of days ago.

An amazing company from start to finish. We chose Safecat due to their reviews and social media presence. Their quotation was clear and reasonably priced for what we asked for with a great time scale that didn’t compromise on quality. Clare was really helpful on the messenger service keeping us updated throughout. The installation team were lovely on the day - really friendly and efficient - even lined the tea mugs up neatly to be collected. A wonderful experience all round and the best purchase I’ve made for the house. Thank you guys so much - we love our pink Catio!
