Stay away. This is a system designed to disadvantage the player from the very beginning.
They offer a bonus on the first deposit, but it comes with highly restrictive conditions. For example, if you place bets higher than €5 while the bonus is active, any winnings are automatically confiscated. No exceptions.
In my case, I accumulated €2,800 in winnings, which were entirely voided for this reason, with no possibility to appeal or recover the funds.
The response from customer support was standard and final, with no room for discussion:
“You accepted the terms and conditions upon registration.”
In practice, this means the system is structured to protect only the operator, leaving the player with no real protection when situations like this occur.
Conclusion: they can unilaterally decide when and how to invalidate winnings by relying on unclear or unfavorable clauses. The risk is real, and based on my direct experience, the only sensible advice is to stay away.
