I ordered this product on 30th January and looked forward to receiving it but it never arrived. Sent numerous emails asking when it might arrive but received no reply. Finally decided to cancel the order and did so on a few email addresses including the one given to cancel the order but no refund arrived nor any confirmation of my request.

Peace of mind
I bought 2 sets for my daughter and granddaughter, I'm 80 years old and do not drive. I needed to know that if they were in the position that they needed to break out, they had the tool that had such highly rated reviews. My granddaughters partner tested it on the piece of glass provided and was amazed how easily it smashed it. Bought a SafePro X for each of my…
Bought a SafePro X for each of my daughters as a just incase. One of my daughters had need to use hers within a couple of weeks! She used it to break the glass on someone else’s car so they could drag out the unconscious driver - so pleased she had it so she could help!

One daughter broke the glass circle indoors, please don't. All 3 of us have these installed in our cars.

I ordered 4 sets of the SafePro X; one for myself and my wife, one set for my two sons and their spouses and 1 set for my brother and his wife. I bought them because my one son had an accident on the way to work where he was t-boned and his car rolled on it side. He had to get out via the sun roof (with no injuries). While he wasn't hampered by the seat belt or the window, you never know what could happen. Having these tools gives me (and hopefully them) a great peace of mind. You just never know when you might need this tool.

Great little safety device
I ordered this tool on the 23rd Jan 26 & it was supposed to have been delivered on the 28th Jan. Unfortunately the courier messed up the delivery so I didn't receive the tool until Feb 28th 26. The tool itself is great so I have updated my review to reflect this & will be recommending it, but please change your courier
