Had the most *incredible* time on my safari trip planned and coordinated by Lindsey at Safari Rim! She was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient in the months leading up to my trip, answering my endless stream of questions as I prepared for travel. This was the first time I had worked with a travel agency and Safari Rim did not disappoint! Lindsey handled all the logistics and provided timely updates, and I can honestly say I don't think the trip would've been nearly as amazing without her guidance and planning. 10/10 would recommend Safari Rim for your Africa travels!

This was such an amazing trip, and planning it through Safari Rim was such an easy process! I was able to talk with a safari expert and listed the things I wanted to see and do, discuss different options for these things, etc. A few days later I was sent a draft itinerary, and I got to review it and request changes (I asked to stay at a specific safari camp and wanted to add an extra night to one of my locations). The itinerary was updated per my wishes, and then I was able to approve it! I loved that I was so easily able to create a custom itinerary that included exactly everything I wanted.

Even after booking the trip I received constant support and follow up emails, from reviewing my international flight plan before I booked it (I used travel points so wanted to book the international flights on my own) to being updated with information about changing Covid testing regulations that occurred while I was traveling.

I would definitely recommend Safari Rim to anyone I know who is interested in planning a trip to Africa. I generally prefer to plan all of the details my own trips, but with Africa there are so many nuances that you can’t find information about online, so the best way to make the most of your trip is to utilize the experts at Safari Rim. I would have never been able to figure out how to reserve things like the small bush flights between camps in the remote areas of the Okavango Delta, so thankfully this was all taken care of for me.

I really cannot say enough good things about this company! I had such a great trip and great experience with them that I am already planning another custom trip for 2024!
