I had an issue with an item I had ordered not being included in the package. I spoke with an extremely nice gentleman, who initially apologized for not having contacted me sooner, explaining that they had had a few technical issues with their site and had not been able to access their emails. I explained about the missing item and he immediately said he would send it out straight away. I received the item within a few days and he had also included a few extra items, which was so sweet of him.

I definitely recommend Safah’s products which really are of excellent quality, as is their customer service!

I never got my product and no one responded to my email . I still haven’t had it till date and it’s been over weeks of chasing

I ordered three gels for £30. When I received it and I am very shocked because the gels were very smaller, I thought this was rip off the price and not reasonable so I send it back. I did email to let them know I did post office signature tracking and they already received it but didn’t refund me. I am not happy with it.

On the fence here.. My big question is: What is actually in the solid pomade style cold pressed Batana Oil?
I’ve heard that it is actually palm oil. It is certainly the same colour as palm oil. I bought it and it actually agrees with my hair. I would like to buy it again but I’m very skeptical. 🤔
As Safah are so misleading with labelling most of their products, I think as a matter of principle, they should come clean.
Also, Safah liquid form Batana Natural Oil. I studied the label, grapeseed is the main ingredient. This is very misleading. How are they allowed to get away with this? The bold lettering on the label clearly and so magnificently says BATANA NATURAL OIL..
I think it is my right as a customer, to know if I’m being conned. So please Safah, just tell the truth:
Does the solid pomade style BATANA 100% PURE OIL VEGAN COLD-PRESSED contain ONLY - ELAEIS OLEIFERA KERNAL OIL (BATANA) OIL - as stated on the ingredients list??
