What a fantastic company experience

What a fantastic company experience, I ordered a beautiful necklace for my daughter and its beautiful. She wears it everyday and gets lots of lovely comments. Great customer service and will be placing further orders in the future.

Impossible to reach the CS

I am trying to reach the customer service for over a month now. I wanted to return the items simply because the bracelets are too big for my wrists but the company is unreachable. I texted them via their contact form, e-mail and Instagram account. It is so ridiculous! No phone number available, you as a customer take over the return costs and get such a customer service in return.

Great Sales!

They have great sales and offer ethical pieces. Each item has multiple photos from different angles, so you really know what you’re getting.

Lovely necklace

Although the delivery time took a bit longer than I expected, the item itself (initial necklace) was lovely and I’ve had so many compliments on it. I have worn it everyday even when showering and it’s still as good as new!

Stunning!!

I love the jewelry pieces I ordered from Saege!! I had a minor issue with delivery but the customer service was amazing and it was handled perfectly. Very happy and can’t wait to continue wearing them!!
