First time ever ordering comics, But Simon was always extremely helpful and great at communicating. Even when I was having issues with my mail sad lemons kindly resent order. I did have a few delays, but I’ve come to realise that delays aren’t always sad lemons fault as down to publishing/printing etc 3rd parties. But always packaged well and amazing comics. I now have my complete set and a very happy customer.

I’ve only been buying from Sad Lemon Comics since December, but it’s already been a really enjoyable experience. Their service has been smooth and reliable, and the quality of the comics I’ve received has always been top-notch. You can tell they care about collectors and fans alike.

One suggestion that would make the experience even better: it would be great if comics could stay listed on the site at all times—even if they’re sold out—so you don’t have to message or ask for them to be put back up. It would make browsing and managing orders more convenient.

Other than that, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Sad Lemon so far and look forward to continuing to shop with them!

Comics always arrived really well packaged and the prices are good. Recently had a graded book delivered and the box was huge with loads of protection. Can't recommend enough.

Bought some comics just before the Black Friday sale. Company emailed to say that as these would be cheaper in the sale they would refund the difference. Totally not expected. Great customer care. Items also well packaged.

Amazing customer service and response time! I contacted them regarding an error with an order and within 10 minutes I got a response saying they'd rectify the issue as well as compensate me for the trouble. Truly above and beyond customer service, I can't be more happy

I have had a handful of purchases with Sad Lemon Comics and they have all been excellent. No matter which platform they are selling on, be it their website, eBay, Whatnot whenever I have bought from them they have provided an excellent service and delivered the good.
My latest experience: a book I pre-ordered was delayed due to the publisher having printing issues. The delay dampened my excitement for the book and so I asked Sad Lemon Comics whether they could cancel that order and allow me put the money toward another book. Simon got back to me in hours, was understanding and polite and the deal was done and dusted within 24 hours!

I recommend Sad Lemon Comics in the highest terms possible.
