Genuinely outstanding. Sara was a huge help in navigating international shipping in time for me to surprise my mom with this beautiful jacket. Ships quickly and prices are second to none. I purchased a Barbour Border jacket in 24,and should have bought the hood as well!
Now bought for Christmas present!
Great small business to deal with,I remember they were very helpful in 24 when i was checking the size of the new Border jacket for my partner to replace her very very old jacket!!
And I must say the hood arrived very quickly!

Great customer service. Ordered a coat and it arrived within two days. Lots of helpful emails saying when it had been dispatched and who to call if I had any problems with the order. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

My second purchase from Cox. Very good guiding on size and fit from Sara. The parcel had a five day delivery time and was delivered to postal pick up point. All in all a good experience. And the jacket fitted beautifully.

Great selection, prompt communication, and best pricing anywhere (it was less expensive for me here in the US to buy from Cox, duty fees and all, than it would have been from my local retailer. How *do* they do it?). Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Canada Post went on strike while the package was shipped. As a result, Royal Mail returned the package to sender. They were extremely accommodating in letting me use alternative shipping methods so I could get my jacket once it was back in their possession.
