Brushes haven't arrived
My hairdresser uses these brushes and they are amazing so I ordered a double pack for myself and my daughter in January. They have still not arrived and there is no communication from the company. The website appears to be down so I am assuming the company no longer exists.

This is for shipping since I still haven't received the brush almost a month later. Ordered on 11/7, no shipping updates as of 11/23 and now 12/4 not even knowing where my package is.

No responses
My first order, took about six weeks to get. I thought I’d messed up. So I reordered and paid at night. That very next day, my first order arrived. (There was no tracking to follow) so immediately I contacted Sacredbrushes wanting to return and get refund for second order. I have emailed twice with no response. I LOVE the brushes, but they need better ways to communicate. Still, no response to two emails.

Love this brush!!! For the first time EVER my daughter loves brushing her hair. No crying, screaming, meltdowns, none of it. She happily brushes her hair EVERY day!!

It took a long time a long time to be delivered. Over a month's time. When received, opened the box it reeked of a strong chemical smell. I was concerned because they were shipped from China. I am going to contact the seller to send it back for a refund. The material that the brush is made of cant be good with the chemical smell that it has. Im disappointed.

Amazing brush. Highly recommended. Works fantastic on curly hair that other brushes pull and hurt. Works great on my 7 year old.
