Very Poor After Sales Service Problem Unresolved
I ordered a GPC heavy duty sack truck from this company which came wrapped in polythene with the wheels not attached. There were no fittings or instructions how to attach the wheels or what other parts were needed to do so. I have made numerous phone calls which they always answer politely but nothing gets done. Eventually they sent me two washers and what look like hairpins but nothing to actually keep the wheels on the axle. I have sent them photographs and made more phone calls but they never get back to me. I have now asked for the sack truck to be collected and a full refund of everything I have paid including extra carriage and to let me know when this will happen. They have completely ignored my request. They have sold something which is ‘not fit for purpose’ , they are not putting it right, and now ignoring my demand for my money back. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards. Better to deal with some other company who have a more ethical way of dealing with customer complaints instead of just taking the money and not delivering goods that are ‘fit for purpose’.
