1 star for actually delivering the parcel - at some point.
However there was a lot of miscomunication; pick up day not as per agreed; I was told they operate under a different company.
Was charged more saying it is VAT … nrs don’t add up nor did I receive an invoice.
The actual delivery was 6 days after the promised date without any comunication. We could only hope for it to be delivered meanwhile waiting for it every day like jobless people!
No reply to phone, text or email. Eventually one of my calls got answered just to be shouted at because they are busy!
This was a great reminder why not to use any of these companies to just send a parcel as they are useless as they come!
They are so great and kind, i choose them for my parcels.
I use them twice and i will never use them again. I had a Christmas package from Romania to London and the package was posted on Monday and i get it by next Monday, and the guy who delivered my package was very rude because i ask him to see the package weight. Never ever👎

I send for the first time something to Ro and they didn’t receive everything something was missing and the bag was broken, i did try to contact them but nobody answered.
