Great support

Unfortunately received the pckage empty, but that's not the fault of Sabina, but the fault of the shipping company. Sabina's support were very helpful and helped process my refund in a seamless process. I recommend Sabina as a trustworthy store who takes responsibility when something goes wrong.

Worst customer service EVER!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at the Sabina Store at Marina Rubicón. I purchased x3 Sisley lipsticks at €43.50 each! A few days later I opened one of the lipsticks to wear it. The shaft of the lipstick was completely broken. I returned to the store requesting a replacement, spoke with the retail assistant as well as the manager. They refused to offer me a replacement (of any colour available) or a refund for the faulty item and told me I had to take it up with Sisley. A simple swap would have been very straightforward and the right thing to do from a redress standpoint. I am holidaying in Lanzarote and this was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in all my years of travel worldwide. Absolutely shocking customer service and incredibly unhelpful. They were quite happy for me to leave the store out of pocket of €43. You’re best shopping at Fund Grube. A far superior store with much better customer service.

El peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado en la Tienda Sabina de Marina Rubicón. ¡Compré x3 barras de labios Sisley a 43,50 € cada una! Unos días después abrí uno de los labiales para usarlo. El eje del lápiz labial estaba completamente roto. Regresé a la tienda solicitando un reemplazo, hablé con el asistente minorista y con el gerente. Se negaron a ofrecerme un reemplazo (de cualquier color disponible) o un reembolso por el artículo defectuoso y me dijeron que tenía que hablar con Sisley. Un simple intercambio habría sido muy sencillo y lo correcto desde el punto de vista de la reparación. Estoy de vacaciones en Lanzarote y esta fue una de las peores experiencias de compras que he tenido en todos mis años de viajes por todo el mundo. Servicio al cliente absolutamente impactante e increíblemente inútil. Se alegraron mucho de que saliera de la tienda con un desembolso de 43€. Lo mejor es comprar en Fund Grube. Una tienda muy superior con un servicio al cliente mucho mejor.

Awful support, do not purchase from these scum.

Awful support. Absolutely poor and useless people on the other side of the line.

I ordered a Mancera perfume which came with a very noticeable crack on the top. For some reason it started leaking. I was asked many pictures, which I provided, but since I did not have pictures of the original package (not the perfume box! the package that came on the mail!) they didn't believe me.

Furthermore, the bottle stopped leaking but I lost around 2/3s of the liquid inside, and the solution I was given was "put tape over it and it'll stop".

I provided all the pictures and at the end they doubted me, said that "realistically the jar wouldn't empty that much in 3 days just because of a crack of that size" and that there were clear liquid color differences when the pictures were taken in different lighting (bathroom, where I moved the perfume when I noticed it was leaking vs my room initially). Really really awful support.

I was never even given the option to send the perfume for review in their store since "I had already opened it". Ridiculous.

Eventually they offered me a 20€ coupon on my next purchase which I settled for since they kept doubting me despite providing them everything. The catch? I can only use it when "there are no active promotions". Guess what, no active promotions right now on the website and it still says the coupon can't be used, the perfume on my cart isn't discounted either! The problem is the "flash offers" that rotate every 24 hours, those count as discounts, so the coupon can never be used! :)

They just gave me the run around, offered a useless coupon that can't be utilized and the last few emails were "this will be our final email, the decision has been made".

Terrible terrible service. Not only the products may come busted but you can expect nothing to be done about it, never purchase from these scum.
