SOLD COPY PART NO PACKAGING NO BMW LOGO NO BOX SENT IN BROWN PADDED ENVELOPE NOT A GENUINE PART on comparing it with the original it is lighter in weight and uses a different seal the genuine part uses an o ring seal the copy uses a flat rubber seal, THIS PART CAN BE BOUGHT FOR £8 THEY CHARGED £24.25 FOR A GENUINE PART IT IS NOT A GENUINE PART AVOID THIS COMPANY, I ASKED TO RETURN ITEM THEY HAVE JUST IGNORED MY REQUEST AVOID THIS COMPANY.

As a brand no longer produced, I much prefer where possible to use any remaining genuine SAAB parts. I am aware there are many OEM equivalents and probably cheaper but where I can I prefer original. Saabparts are my go to original equipment supplier.

I was not sure about a part which I was purchasing for my Saab and obviously, you can't go to a dealer as they are no dealers. Went to the site used the Chat system to check if the part will work for my car and asked for next day delivery. The lovely lady Lesley went through all the details and sent a link to purchase the item. The experience was seamless. I will use them again. Well recommended.
