Wego Still Holding My Refund – Very Unprofessional
My Gulf Air flight was cancelled on 30 March, and the airline has confirmed they fully refunded the amount back to Wego. Yet Wego has not returned my money or given any proper update. This kind of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase refunds that the airline has already processed. Very disappointing experience — not recommended.
