Smart watch no longer working
I bought a smart watch in March 2023, Now the device is no longer working. The screen went dark and is not switching on but the back sensor still working and I could still see watch readings on the App. Initially I thought is the battery but it was not the case.

There could be several reasons why the screen went dark , if the watch has been exposed to water or been charged incorrectly not using a 5 v USB this could cause damage to the watch. We have not been notified up to now that you had a problem with the watch we can return it under the policy so we can assess the watch once we have established the cause we can assist you as per our policy or warranty.

Your selling the item to me was great but you brought me under a fals impression regarding the watch advertising it with a waterproof rating of IP68 wilst the watches book shows it to be IP67. I did send you a whats App regarding the above and till today no response from the seller.
