Amateurs. Over promise and under deliver. Pay for the item in December 2024 with the promise of February 2025 delivery. Adds shipping charges, the item paid for was CF and they shipped Gel Coat. This could imply someone else got a CF order incorrectly. Now asking me to close the case with a generic photo after talking the moon about how they will resolve the situation. 4 months of dragging on for a stupid spoiler I convinced myself as a gift prior to the bday. Now the bday has passed. Thanks a lot dumb dumbs! Go earn your CCP credits elsewhere. Tariffs have hit so much since then I don't see a reason why they still deal with this other than to just have a laugh at their stupid CCP factory. You think customers exist to serve you. Wrong. You go order food and if it shows up 3 hours later you accept a replacement or a refund? Thanks!

Purchased 2 products from S3XYmodels for my Tesla Model S. One of the products was damaged in shipping and was never delivered. I asked for a refund. S3XYmodels explained they could not do a refund until their claim against the shipper was resolved. Well the claim has been ongoing for over 5 months with no refund. Had several calls from the shipper to pay for shipping and duty, the shipper waived the charges after looking into what happened. Then the shipper told me unofficially that S3XYmodels had been sent a refund. Well I guess buyer beware. They probably sell a lots of products with no issues but if something happens in shipping expect not to get a refund.
