They pay their workers $5-$10 a day!

They pay their Costa Rican employee’s $5-$10 a day! Yet no one can tell me why they’ve raised the price $1,133.91 since January. It’s currently $6,051.39 per person to share a room with two strangers. That’s three twin beds in a single room. Talked to Gerry but he just told me to contact their booking hotline. Baron Hoffmeister, the Senior Guest Consultant, tried screwing me over when I went last year as well. Told me the 3 bed rooms were sold out for the rest of the year, trying to get me to pay $1000 more for the 2 bed room. I then told him to call me when there was availability and he called me a few days later saying someone cancelled and there’s an opening for the next week. When I got to Rythmia, it was only running at 60% capacity and I met 3 people who had a whole 3 bed room to themselves! Why lie to your customers? Especially since so many people enjoy their time and come back. Their overhead in Costa Rica is so cheap too. I was just trying to get three of my friends to come (that’s over $15,000 of income I’ve found them) but of course they have to continue with these shady business practices. They also offer free stuff to post positive reviews when you’re still high. Don’t get me wrong, the place is magical and there’s so much healing. But Gerry is clearly using people for money. I just got a response back from his Instagram account saying he doesn’t even run his own page! It was great seeing Gerry on my trip, but he was just high all the time. Must be nice.

A Truly Magical Place

Rythmia is magical! Making the choice to go and participate in ayahuasca ceremonies was perhaps the greatest gift I've ever given myself. It completely helped to shift my perspective and gave me a new meaning to life. I am so grateful for the unforgettable medicine ceremonies and support from the ceremonial team. All of the on-site staff are wonderful and are there to ensure you achieve results. The yoga instructors, breathwork and integration teams, medical staff, kitchen staff...they're all there to support you. Finally, their grounds and amenities are top-notch.
