They are thieves
They gave 0 customer service value
Unbelievable they have charged me 1 year penalty for loosing the device
And they are trying to charge 2 months
This is shocking this company

U rent the phone not buy the phone
It's cheaper putting the money away each month this company is a leasing company as in everything u have from them u rent even if u have the item for 10years at the end u have 2 send it back if ur after a phone ur better off having 1 on contact not only is the phone brand new u get a sim card free mins and textes but more importantly after the contract ends it's ur phone they cowboys get the phone back after ur contract ends

Do not use this company to get any thing ordered a Xbox then realise it was a monthly subscription so I cancelled on the 2/11/23 and they are still trying to get money from my account sent numerous emails regarding this issue but still sending me emails and letters so now I’m in the process with my solicitors avoid this company at all costs

Ordered Samsung mobile phone with insurance. After a while when mobile phone was lost made claim it didn't go through properly through their tough procedure. But later claim was accepted and I paid access fees from my bank was waiting for mobile phone but again claim was on hold and I lost my mobile phone and my access fees with insurance. The rylo is useless in support for insurance claim and I don't recommended their insurance company who provide mobile phone cover. Very very disappointed. I am paying insurance for nothing can't cancel even.😡😡😡😡😡

£99 return fee!!
Ordered phone which did arrive next day, so all good there. We did think it came with a sim, but it didn't so naturally thought we could send back especially as it was the next day. On line chat advised yes you can but for £99!! It was only less than 24 hours and want to charge this...rip off. Feel let down, now have to pay nearly £800 over 2 years for a phone we now don't want. Read the t&c more carefully than I did otherwise will happen to you.
