They had a hard to find book in stock and at a reasonable rate. When the book got lost on the mail, they responded quickly to email and rectified the problem. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company for books. I had placed an order for the deluxe collection of the twilight saga from here as it was the best price I found. Shipping was super fast, packaged carefully and books arri... See more

Well my order never arrived

Well my order never arrived, so I was disappointed about that, but assume it was a postal/courier problem, not the bookseller. They were very good and refunded me straightaway. I would buy from them again as the customer service was very helpful.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately item was lost in transit but a replacement sent out very quickly and received in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks

I have never left a review in my life…

I have never left a review in my life but, as a perfectionist, I was extremely happy with the condition of the three books I ordered! Not a mark or scratch on either! Only thing -which wasn’t so much a problem, but would be useful- is that there was no way of tracking the order.

Very good price on calendar

Very good price on calendar. The additional items to exceed free postage threshold not a problem and discount applied net of threshold. Items received promptly and well packed

Check this site before paying post and packing

I used to buy my diary from the main source but this year their p&p was as much as the cost of the diary! I looked around and found that Ryefield books did the diary cheaper and their p&p was less that half the price. I ordered it and it arrived in days. Costing me less in total than the diary was advertised in the first place. Excellent. I will use this company again with no hesitation.

Ordered a book for the grandkids for…

Ordered a book for the grandkids for Christmas. They had a good price for the book (better than Amazon) and it was new not second-hand. Chased about delivery and had a reply immediately. Delay was, as is usual, with the post as we have poor deliveries in our area. Arrived well packed against damage so thanks!

Not received order...(with update)

I ordered a set of books on the 11th of October and have still not received them (today is the 22nd Oct). I will update if I receive any info from them as I have emailed them but received no reply. Very disappointing.
Update - received an email the next day (23rd), apologising and saying my order had been shipped. Today (25th Oct) I received my order - hurrah!

Service was good

Service was fine, i.e. ordering my item and delivery was good.

However, I was disappointed that the book I received did not have the same picture on the front cover as was shown on the description. I particularly wanted the cover that was shown as it would match the other books I own in this set.
