Excellent experience. Our early arrival wasn’t an issue—customer service immediately organized another driver. Fast, smooth, reliable. Truly impressive provider.

In Rotterdam the driver arranged with Rydeau did not show up and had to call customer support to send another driver. My brother already paid the amount in full and did not get a refund. I gave Rydeau another chance and booked a transfer in Barcelona. Same thing happened the driver did not show up at the airport. Had to call customer support and a third taxi finally showed up. The pick up was so delayed. This caused us so much inconvenience and even had to pay more. It is a good thing that I chose to pay the downpayment only and the balance upon pick up. Then again with our arranged transfer the following day to go to the port the driver sent a message that he will be late which would mean that we would be late for our required check in for the cruise. Again I have to call customer support who sent another driver. They have excellent customer support. However, all these inconveniences and stress are not needed for what is supposedly a relaxing vacation. I will no longer use their service and will not recommend them.

I booked and paid over $200 for a private airport transfer through Viator with Rydeu from Munich Airport (MUC) to our hotel, approximately 45 minutes away. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The driver did not arrive at the scheduled pickup time, and I had to call him myself. He initially said he was five minutes away, but after waiting another 20 minutes, he stopped answering calls. I also tried contacting the company representative, Inna, but received no response. The driver finally arrived about 30 minutes late.
Once he arrived, I was then told we would need to share the ride with other passengers or wait an additional hour for a private vehicle. This made no sense since I had already paid a premium price specifically for a private transfer. We accepted the shared ride to avoid waiting even longer, but that is not the service that was purchased.
I later requested a reasonable 50% refund due to the late pickup and failure to provide the private vehicle promised. Since then, the company has completely ignored my messages.
Very poor communication, failure to deliver the service advertised, and no customer support afterward. I would strongly recommend others think twice before booking with this provider.

Very bad. Despite prepayment, the driver asked for a higher price. The driver wasn't waiting for us at the airport. We had to call several times. Very poor English. Dangerous driving. Old car. I don't recommend it.

They were prompt in responding to my requests for a transfer in Bergen Norway and also courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend.

It was very simple to book through the app. Communication from the driver was excellent on the day prior to the booked journey. My driver arrived a few minutes early at the agreed meeting point. The driver was very friendly and polite, and his car was very clean and comfortable. An enyoyable journey to the airport. Thank you!

No client protection, drivers are scammers that do not come on time and pretend they did. Support covers for their drivers and do not refund the money.

The driver was on time both ways and very courteous. he offered us bottled water both ways too. The car was large, spacious and comfortable.

I ordered a ride to Malaga airport on October 15, 2025 at 4:00 am and paid a deposit. I received a confirmation of the order and information about the driver. When the taxi did not arrive at the appointed time, I tried to call the driver, but the phone was unavailable. In a time crunch, we had to look for alternative transportation. The Uber driver arrived within a few minutes and took us to the airport for a third of the price. It's a shame you can't give zero stars

Received several quotes and accepted one. Paid deposit 4 weeks before travel. Received a WhatsApp message 24hrs before pick up saying I would have to pay an extra £80 on top of balance due due to an error when booking. I didn't agree to this and they have cancelled my booking

I booked a Rydeu transfer for 15:30 from Interlaken to Zurich Airport. The driver accepted the booking but later messaged saying he could not arrive until 16:30. I agreed, as this was still just enough time to make my flight.

Instead, the driver did not arrive until 17:30 — a full two hours after my original booking time. This left no buffer for delays, yet he is now blaming my planned 15-minute pharmacy stop in Interlaken for the fact that I missed my flight. In reality, the initial delay was entirely on his side.

For context: I needed to be at Zurich Airport no later than 19:55 for a 20:40 departure (the latest safe time for check-in and baggage drop). We did not arrive until 20:50, well past my flight’s cutoff.

This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and cost me a missed international connection. I would strongly advise against using Rydeu if your travel plans are time-sensitive — there is no guarantee they will arrive anywhere near your booked time.

They cancelled my car half an hour before it was due, leaving me stranded. I just hope that someone sees this review and decides against using this terrible unreliable disgusting company.

Quickly and correctly response by whatsapp and the taxi driver was perfectly in time and he realized he had to help my friend. He carried all four bags to the second floor (where our apartment is).
He also stopped at the top of the mountain pass on his own initiative so my feiemd could take a photo there.

Driver arrived a few minutes early on return. Had been kept informed about driver and car day before trip. Car was comfortable. Informed of changes beforehand.
