I've been shopping with Ryan Simkhai Eyeshop for year. They always have the best eyewear. what i love most is the styles and affordability. who needs to spend $150-250 on sunglasses or readers when you can buy them at Ryan Simkhai for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended

I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This company has terrible customer service and will ignore emails in to regards of taking a return back. I’m a boutique owner in East Hampton NY & received my order damaged. Several attempts to reach the company with no response. I was able to get a temporary credit from
my cc company until this matter is resolved. I also highly recommend Peepers since I have recently started stocking the brand my customers love them!

I was so thrilled to receive an email offering 30% off this wonderful eyeware, but when I ordered my pair, I forgot to add the discount code. I wrote to them, and they immediately wrote back that they retroactively applied the discount! How wonderful is that? I always get compliments when I wear these readers.

Hi. The glasses are fine. However i ordered glasses from the EU site to Ireland. On payment an unexpected tax of 30 euros was applied just as i pressed Pay. . On Delivery another 30 euros was demanded. 60 euro on top of payment- i have never had tax on the delivery from an EU site - most disappointment was from the total lack of reply to my correspondence - Both emails and Instagram.

I have made several orders over the years and have never been disappointed. The customer service has been fantastic, even when the Post Office has lost the order.

Terrible experience – overcharged, poor quality, and no customer service.

I was a repeat customer of Ryan Symkhai Eyewear and had placed two large orders previously without any issues. On both occasions, I paid all taxes upfront at checkout and received my orders with no additional charges. The glasses also arrived beautifully packaged in high-quality cases.

However, my third order has been a completely different and very disappointing experience.

Despite again paying taxes at checkout, I was charged an additional £64.91 by UPS before I could receive my package. This was unexpected and inconsistent with my previous orders.

To make matters worse, the packaging was extremely poor — all glasses were sent in a plastic bag and instead of the usual quality cases, I received cheap, thin pouches. This is a clear decline in quality.

I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service via email and Instagram but have received absolutely no response. I have been completely ignored.

I have now been forced to start a chargeback with my bank in order to recover the additional charges.

Very disappointing experience from a company I had trusted before. Based on this, I would not recommend ordering from them, especially internationally.

Never received my glasses. Been over 30 days. Customer service never replied to my emails or Instagram messages to help me.

Hello, Canadian customer here. I ordered a pair of readers for my wife from Ryan Simkhai eyeshop. With a sale discount the readers were 50$ Canadian. I then found out shipping to Calgary Alberta was 49$. Before ordering I went on the company chat to ask if duties were high and was told no other Canadian customers complained about this. Ok so after ordering I got a notice the duties are 41$. No option but to pay up Suka, if I got a refund I’m still out 49$ for shipping. If you are a canadian customer I highly recommend NOT to order online if shipping to Canada, You will be paying triple the original price for a pair of readers!

I ordered two Ryan Simkhai sunglasses which were thick sturdy and super unique. I- being a klutz- dropped the sunglasses and stood on them in the dark not realising a lens had popped out and lost it. I reached out to the store to get a replacement lens and they were so helpful offering to send a replacement one. They ended up sending a whole new sunglasses! They went above and beyond. So not only are the glasses incredibly cute and unique but the customer service is incredible. 5/5 recommend
