I appreciate the explanation regarding the backlog, however I do feel it’s important to clarify that I have not received any direct communication about this delay — the order is still simply showing as “Processing” several days later.
I’ve also just checked the website again, and it is still showing the iPhone 17e case as “ships early April” and offering 24–48 hour delivery options at checkout. Given the backlog you’ve described, this doesn’t reflect the current situation and sets expectations that aren’t being met.
I completely understand that demand can exceed expectations following a launch, but clearer and more proactive communication — both directly to customers and on the website — would make a significant difference.
As I mentioned, I do rate the quality of your products highly, which is why this is disappointing. I hope this is something that can be addressed going forward.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I placed an order for an iPhone 17e case on Monday, with the website stating delivery within 24–48 hours.
It’s now Thursday and the order is still showing as “Processing,” with no dispatch and no communication to explain the delay.
I appreciate that issues can arise, but not updating customers when delivery expectations aren’t being met isn’t good enough. A simple proactive update would make a big difference.
I’ve purchased their cases before and the products themselves are excellent, which makes this more disappointing. However, this level of service undermines that and makes it difficult to recommend or order from them again.
At the moment, the experience doesn’t match what’s advertised at checkout, which makes it hard to trust the timelines provided.

I’ll rather choose something else. My phone case did not arrive after almost a week now, order placed within the UK. At this price point I’m expecting a quicker shipping. My first experience and probably my last. My new phone is still in the box as I’m still waiting for Royal Mail to deliver it…

AVOID
AVOID! Terrible service. Ordered a phone case which was on pre-order. They took the money immediately and did not ship my item even when they claimed to have stock for immediate order. Only way of contacting them is via unresponsive chat or email. When I replied they said they would ship it created a tracking and it’s still sat waiting the item. Never again!
EDIT:In response to the reply, my wife runs a small business selling online using Royal Mail and our experience is that the Royal Mail delivery details update when they have the package even during Black Friday delivery periods.
I’ll have to put down to coincidence that my shipment was registered immediately after I contacted you for an update about my pre-order and that Royal Mail say they now have the item 3 days later after I had to chase it up again.

Ryan London - Quality Leather Cases
Ryan London consistently deliver quality leather products that are a perfect fit for Apple hardware.
The absence of OEM leather accessories - this is now my go-to and have continued to recommend the brand to friends & family.
I would suggest that the MagSafe magnets could be stronger within RLs iPhone cases - as ESR are still class leading in this regard. However this is a small price to pay for what is otherwise a 10/10 product.
Please consider expanding your range to include leather AirTag cases & MagSafe Wallets - this would fulfil a current gap in the market that has been left abandoned by Apple.

I love RyanLondon products, have purchased many over the years, iPhone cases, wallets and laptop/ipad cases. I love the material and attention to detail on every product and each one wears beautifully over time. I particularly love their iPhone cases that have an open bottom that allows the user more freedom to use different chargers. Awful company fobbed me off
Awful company fobbed me off sent me an empty black box for a £55 phone case for my s25 ultra- then wanted me to sign form blaming royal mail- avoid appalling customer service. Stolen my £55. Offered me refund to remove my review the day after I said no. Instructing enquiry agent. They don't even advertise an address or a telephone number AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Company wanted to rip off royal mail by me denying receipt of parcel I will now escalate this even challenging the review conditional on me removing for refund no way watch and learn

Outstanding Customer Service
I had originally written a 1-star review for an iPhone 16 pro max case I had purchased from Ryan London. The cutout for the camera button had failed after just 14 months of use and the case was no longer functional.
I assumed I would just throw out the case and move on. What I didn't realize was that Ryan London are serious about their customer service commitment. They saw the review and reached out to me via e-mail to try and make it right. What with tariffs and such it was very difficult for them to ship a replacement, so to my complete surprise, they refunded the money.
In a time when customer service is often lacking, Ryan provided outstanding customer service. This company really stands behind their products. Thank you so much!

Ryan London's iPhone Air case is a masterpiece
Apple's new iPhone Air cases are inexplicably ugly for such a beautiful phone, so I searched around for leather alternatives (I miss the old Apple leather cases!).
Ryan London seemed to have the strongest recommendations from people with taste, but they didn't make any claims about the thickness of the case, so I was a bit apprehensive that it would increase the bulk of the iPhone Air (in which case, what's the point of getting one!). Ultimately decided to risk it anyway.
I'm pleased to report this case on an iPhone Air is a masterpiece. I wouldn't normally feel compelled to write a review for a phone case, but RL really knocked it out the park with this one. It's super thin and the phone feels very premium in the hand. The metal camera bump keeps the camera entirely protected, and the case evens out the back so that it doesn't rock when placed down. It's like the phone was designed with this case in mind. It's hard to tell, but it feels like the leather might even be better quality than the leather on the old Apple cases. My only minor gripe is the metal side buttons could be slightly more straight/aligned, but that's just a visual thing, doesn't affect use, and it might even be an unavoidable consequence of working with quality leather.
As soon as wife saw it, she wanted one too, so now I have another one coming for a Pro Max! We're getting these shipped internationally to Asia, and it's worth it. Nice work guys!

AVOID. Terrible customer service including poor post-purchase support. The response to customer emails is either from a poorly programmed bot or just a less than able person who is clearly unable to consolidate information found in the same email thread over a few days. Conversations circular and ultimately pointless. AVOID AVOID AVOID and just buy your items elsewhere. Ryan should be ashamed of this (if indeed Ryan is a real person).
Edit: in response to their feeble reply to my original review I say this: from the emails we’ve had back and forth they are truly incapable of helping. In my correspondence I’ve provided clear explanations of the problem from the outset and their response has been consistently missing the point, sending me in circles for days on end. I’ve lost all hope of getting a refund at this point. I will not be engaging any further with your “customer service”. Ryan (or whoever runs this clown show of a company) should fire the lot of you and apologise in person to us all.
I’ll write it again for those who may be lulled into thinking “Maybe this reply is a sign that they’ve changed” because they really want a phone case. Just don’t. Avoid this company at all costs. THEY ARE AMONG THE WORST I’VE DEALT WITH FOR POST PURCHASE SUPPORT. Please do not let their reply lull you into a false sense of thinking maybe they’re ok – they aren’t.

Jokes aside, what a wonderful surprise this case has been. I discovered this brand by extensively searching for the best leather case there was on the market. Almost all reviews and videos I found were quoting Ryan London at least always on the top 3 on multiple phone brand.
I've ordered the Dark Brown iPhone 16 Pro Max leather shell case metal with the sapphire crystal button on the 15th of August, and received it on the 23rd. Fast shipping and nice delivery, absolutely no problem with the tracking whatsoever.
After receiving it, I can definitely state the leather quality is incredible : the feel, the smell, elegant and luxury product no doubt. I did hesitate so much with the Saddle Brown case but oh well, the Dark Brown is probably a bit subtler, and pairs well with the natural titanium of my 16PM.
The metal buttons work very well, the sapphire one on the camera button feels great and better than a cutout. The case is not that flexible so it's not the easiest to put your phone in and out, but once it's in it doesn't move. FYI I use it with FLOLAB screen protector and there's absolutely no conflict between the two.
The case is not on the heaviest side, of course it doesn't feel that protective compared to bigger cases, but let's be honest, we don't buy leather cases to overly protect a phone from everything, we do it to appreciate the product and elegance. However the slim and light feelings with it are nice. I usually put my phone in my suit pockets and having a slim case fits me better.
Overall (Joan of Arc forgive me as well) I must say this was my best purchase for a phone this year. I never really left any reviews, but I'll definitely recommend this company.
TLDR; Pros : excellent quality and feel, suits perfectly the phone, nice delivery and good pricing for this kind of product

Overall: disappointed, do not go with this case provider
First the shipping took a long time (ordered Friday night, shipped on Monday first working day but didn’t arrive till Thursday). Royal Mail 48 hours, not the sellers fault, but could consider using better shipping.
The team were helpful up to the point of me receiving the iPhone case.
Unfortunately, the case came faulty (big dent within leather material) making it look very cheap quality compared to the price tag charged.
No response regarding replacement or refund.
Not sure how to proceed as communication has stopped
