I had probably the worst flight experience in my life. The app showed errors, we got unexpected costs, a delayed flight with nothing in return, and logistics for boarding was really poor. If they could just plan better and be more service minded maybe I would go with them again.

Hi Ryanair

Hi Ryanair, I would like to point out that there is no direct phone number for Sweden, and no Swedish support. In Norway, however, there is a number. I have bought a ticket but have not received any confirmation, either via email or the app. It is really bad service in Sweden.

Ryanair is the best

Ryanair is the best – the best at ruining a wonderful holiday. The whole trip was perfect until we reached the Ryanair gate at Gdańsk Airport on our way back to Stockholm.

Due to unclear, invisible instructions in the booking and on the ticket, we were forced to pay extra for two cabin bags – an expensive price for an almost half-empty plane.

I haven’t traveled with Ryanair for a very long time, and now I was reminded why I haven’t – and why I won’t in the future.

It’s definitely worth paying a little extra to fly with another airline to get a nicer experience and better treatment. Think twice before you choose Ryanair for your next trip.

Had a bag issue at Alicante airport

Had a bag issue at Alicante airport. Claudia of the Bag Drop Ryanair staff could not have been more helpful. She went to considerable trouble to sort out my problem. Her spervisor was also really helpful. All done very nicely and with great patience. Thank you very much.

Appalling

flights booked as part of a package 10.1.26 to 31.2.26
Received an email this morning saying my flight cancelled for the 10.1.26 phoned travel Republic changed my booking to the 3.1.26 to 31.1.26 I changed the flight myself ok thought everything was good ,I then got another email at 5pm saying they had now cancelled my flight for return journey 31.1.26
Why they didn't send me an email saying both flights were cancelled that's for ryanair to answer
I now have to phone travel Republic again tomorrow to try and change the booking again.
It appears ryanair have sold flights from Birmingham for the 10th,17th,24th&31 January 2026 all of which are cancelled causing problems for passengers, travel agents and hotels they should be ashamed of themselves but O'Leary won't be losing any sleep .
I'm hoping they don't change flight I've got booked for November/December
Travel Republic have been told to expect more cancellations for the winter period is the ryanair bubble starting to burst
Advise everyone to keep checking there ryanair flights not just from Birmingham

Very Bad Experience with Ryanair

Very Bad Experience with Ryanair
I always travel with a small cabin bag (the same size) and with other airlines I was never charged anything. But when I flew with Ryanair from Málaga to Stockholm, they charged me 50 euros just for that little bag!

In my opinion, this is not an airline, it is a modern thief. Instead of making things easier for passengers, they train their staff to squeeze money from people in every possible way.

This experience showed me that Ryanair only cares about taking money, not about providing proper service. Honestly, it was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had. 🚫

I am extremely disappointed by the…

I am extremely disappointed by the handling of my case by agent Anna.

I contacted Ryanair regarding a duplicate booking (XXXXX) for flight FR3130 (Ibiza to Barcelona, Aug 20). A previous agent (Hazel Sarno) confirmed that the booking was indeed a duplicate and qualified for a refund, after full security verification. However, Anna completely reversed this position without justification, refused to escalate, and closed the chat while I was still actively trying to resolve the issue.

She repeatedly hid behind the excuse of a “third-party booking,” despite the fact that Ryanair issued both tickets, charged me, and confirmed both in my account. Her unwillingness to help or escalate shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customer support standards.

I have now been left without a resolution, despite clear proof that this is a valid duplicate case. This is unacceptable, and I am escalating the matter externally.

To RYANAIR:

I find it deeply disappointing how you treat your passengers. After paying for the flight and additional baggage fees, I am then essentially forced to pay for a seat – not because I want to, but because you deliberately split up families unless they pay extra to sit together. I write “forced” in quotation marks because although it’s technically optional, any parent wanting their children not to sit alone has no real choice.

What’s even more frustrating is that despite there being plenty of available seats, you still choose to separate family members unless they pay additional seat reservation fees. I have never encountered another airline that intentionally does this just to pressure customers into paying more.

On top of that, you increased the seat reservation price between the outbound and return flights – from 70 DKK to 111 DKK. This feels like a clear example of unfair and exploitative pricing.

Unfair Price Hike After Payment Error – No Support from Ryanair

I was booking a return flight from Stockholm to Malta (22–28 June) during Ryanair’s 20% flash sale. I went through the full booking process with the discounted fare of 1,559 SEK, but at the final payment step, I received a “Something went wrong…” error while using Apple Pay. I tried again several times — all failed — and the booking was cancelled.

When I retried just minutes later, the fare had jumped to over 2,250 SEK and the flash sale discount could no longer be applied despite still being within the promotion period. Prices continued to rise during my attempts, reaching 2,393 SEK, nearly 800 SEK more than what I was about to pay.

I contacted Ryanair customer support, hoping for a solution. Their only response? A generic email saying they do not offer compensation or discounts for technical issues. No voucher. No rebooking assistance. Nothing.

So let me get this straight: Ryanair’s system fails mid-payment, and the customer has to pay the price — literally?

This feels like dynamic pricing manipulation. Prices increase with every new search, and there’s zero accountability when things go wrong.

I was a loyal customer, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you’re booking during a sale, beware: if the system glitches, Ryanair won’t help — and you’ll pay more for their error.

Avoid like the plague.
Can only check in online unless you want to pay €55 at the airport.
Only problem is that they will not send you the password to log in. Worst experience with an airline for hidden costs so far.

They should ban this airline.

They should ban this airline.
It has absurd policies.
During the purchase of the ticket, you don't understand what is included or not; you don't understand what you are buying (services and luggage) and how much; there is no report before closing the purchase with payment; they don't issue an invoice to non-VAT holders, as if others couldn't need it.

I asked for an invoice the other day, and I bought two extra 20 kg bags because something must have happened in the purchasing process. The flight is in two months!!!! I contacted support and they didn't want to know how to help me, they answer as a boot with an automatic reply.

They really are scoundrels.
I seriously hope they can clamp down and fine this airline and shut it down.
Better to pay more but for companies founded in our countries than to pay for foreign offices that treat us like this.
They only know how to take money from us without giving us any benefit.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, customer support refusing or/are unable to provide any kind of answers. Gives 0 dodo about GDPR law and at the same time thinks their policy os over the law. A policy which only exists in their little world is not on their policy when you check ryanair, when you tell that to the customer support they will tell you it is, when you aske them to provide you whith said policy they just close the chat. In case if you want to make a written complaint about their customer support youll be provided with" you have to do that on our site" but if you want to do that the code that they send out is not working. When you ask for a phone number you automatically will be provided with the UK number but thats out of service.
Further more people working there cant and/or refusing to understand English, i told them to contact me who speaks either Swedish or Hungarian they switched to Google translate. In conclusion i've spoke to 3 or 4 different support worker in 30 minutes of time none of them helped me, but all of them closed the chat when i wanted to see the policy they swore to exist. If there would be negative points to give i would give a -10

Rudest staff ever! Crew at gate in Charleroi tried to prevent my daughter and I from boarding after one of their rude personnel pushed us out of the way.
