The delivery guys were very nice and helpful. They were very efficient time-wise, and you could tell they were taking care of the cabinets while unloading from the truck and loading them into my house.

Delivery team communicated arrival time proactively and promptly. Showed up at the exact ETA. Very professional!

Experienced and helpful drivers. We live in a rural area, the truck arrived at dark and they had no problem maneuvering the truck to the right location to get unpacked.

Team came to deliver about 40 boxes of a kitchen… they were professional and didnt even complain when they found out they had to carry the boxes down a dirt driveway and up a flight of stairs… I really appreciate the help and professionalism! All with a great attitude! Thank you!

Our Kraftmaid cabinets are being held hostage because they refuse to bring them in the house. Not once but twice. This was a big order and they sent out two men who physically were not equipped to handle this type of delivery nor did they have the correct equipment, which is why they wouldn't deliver it. Now my cabinets are sitting in a warehouse somewhere while Kraftmaid tries to figure it out. RXO is, by far, the most unprofessional delivery company out there. We've had plenty of deliveries with our new build and never had this type of poor service. I called their call center, and surprise...I got the overseas call center with someone I could barely understand and she didn't seem to be interested in resolving the issue. I am beyond angry about this.

Very friendly guys. They put stuff where I asked them to in my garage within the space I alotted.

They were efficient and careful with the boxes and made sure they were placed where I wanted them.

Ordered washer and dryer from LG to be delivered by RXO. Appliances arrived at the warehouse promptly. Delivery scheduled twice and then cancelled around 8p the night before. No driver available when I called. A delivery company with no driver available...seriously! Cancelled my order with LG because after some research it can weeks to get an order delivered with multiple cancellations before it you get it. Who has time for that???

The men called me in advance to give me their ETA. They were friendly, polite and efficient. They did a great job!

On time, professional and courteous

We were informed of delivery several times throughout the day and it was on time. Drivers were friendly and professional.

The two guys that came were very nice and carful. It started to rain and they did what they could to keep my stuff dry while they unloaded it.

The delivery men were very helpful and courteous. They knew how to arrange the boxes in our house to minimize the required footprint. They were very helpful in confirming which items were on our list.
