Never received item and have never heard from them since ordering.

Ordered a product. About 10 business days after the item was due to be delivered i tried phoning multiple times and then emailed then and havnt received a single response within over a week. So i decided to open a dispute through papal where they haven't even ackowledge that dispute and havnt responded at all. So hopefully ill be able to get my money back through PayPal.

Very poor customer service, arguing over £10.

I bought some Vibe Blackair 6x9 speakers from the seller a while ago on eBay, which they assured me the speakers would sound better than the Vibe Slick 6x9 speakers without an amp. They sounded no different, if anything worse than the Slicks.

I returned the product to the seller, where I paid the postage fee for returns, which is fine. But then the seller refunded me £10 less than the amount I spent, mind I already spent another £10 just to return the speakers, just because it was 'used'.

Now I understand resell value can be decreased for used items, but this wasn't even used - I took them out, tested them, put them back in the original packaging, box, tape, everything. It's something that retailers would let you do if you ask them, and I'm sure manufacturers do this to test the speakers before packaging anyway.

Eventually managed to get the £10 back after getting eBay involved over the phone, but the seller shouldn't have argued in the first place and clearly thinks that £10 is going to destroy their business compared to their reputation which they have now ruined towards me and many other car enthusiasts I have made people aware of.

I recommend staying well away from this company!
